We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It is a constant struggle as independent artists. I know it seems like a trendy thing to be. But trying to balance work, your personal life, and chasing your dream is not easy. Especially considering the fact that independent mostly just means you are spending your own money. Booking your own shows, paying for studio time, videos, etc. Not to mention dealing with less than honorable promoters, fake A&R wannabes, and severely saturated market of independent artists.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We make authentic, original old school hip hop with a new school flavor. We have a diverse sound and a wide spectrum of content. We dare to be our genuine selves and our music and style is a reflection of just that.
What makes you happy?
Creating music and performing is what makes us happy. Because we really love what we are doing and who we are as a group.
