My journey as a wedding and event planner has been a beautiful evolution filled with growth, resilience, and passion. Chic Soirées began in Baltimore as a spark of creativity, inspired by my love for design, event flow, and bringing people’s most cherished celebrations to life. After relocating to Atlanta, I had the opportunity to embrace a fresh start, expanding Chic Soirées into a unique blend of wedding planning, day-of coordination, and eco-conscious event production.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course, like any entrepreneurial journey, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. Transitioning markets, establishing a new client base, and ensuring my services could stand out in a bustling city like Atlanta all posed challenges. And as a Black entrepreneur, I’ve faced the dual task of building a profitable business and finding my footing in an industry that’s competitive and often lacking diverse representation. I’ve had to navigate self-worth struggles, especially when my business’s financial goals didn’t align with my initial expectations. But these experiences have shaped me, igniting my mission to create truly personalized and seamless celebrations while inspiring confidence in my brand.

Chic Soirées is a full-service wedding planning and design business focused on creating exceptional, eco-friendly celebrations in Atlanta. I work with brides, grooms, and families to design weddings that are not only visually stunning but also sustainable and reflective of their unique stories. My services include Day-of Coordination, Full Planning, Bridal Coaching Sessions for DIY Brides, Partial Wedding Planning, Event Production, and Luxury Picnics, as well as a range of concierge and décor services that make every detail come together effortlessly.
Clients know me for my dedication to personalization, thoughtful details, and a passion for creating memories that truly honor who they are.
