Conversations with Beatriz Rosas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beatriz Rosas.

Beatriz Rosas

Hi Beatriz, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Since I was little we at home used hats to protect our face from the sun and now days I love to create hats for sun protection and to express my self through my designs.

I love the connections I created with people who also love to whear hats as much as I do
Each single customer of mine is different and design a new hat for them help me to grow and learn more about their personality and how they express themselves through it
There is so much fun playing with colors and shapes, designs and styles I never get bore of creating new hats

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I do my business through pop up markets and sometimes the biggest challenge is not giving up when there are little sales to none I always tell myself that I worked too hard to give up so easy

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I create unique hat designs using pyrography pen, I base my work on what I know about my culture and ancestors I specialize on designing unique hats and love to create hand made hatbands that are as unique as the customer.
I feel so proud when I get recommended by a customer,

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I’m a self learning hat maker been learning how to work on hats as I go
