Meet Jordan Gallemore of Middle Georgia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Gallemore

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In 2018, I found myself at a crossroads. I was working in auto insurance, but I was experiencing burnout. Spending my days behind a computer and headset left me unfulfilled, and I realized that my true purpose involved helping others, traveling, and building meaningful connections. At the time, I was also serving in the Air Force Reserve and had just enrolled in a Master’s program in Public Health at THE Fort Valley State University. Life was overwhelming, but an unexpected opportunity sparked a turning point.

One weekend at drill, a fellow Airman and friend invited me to join her on temporary duty orders in Colorado for six months. At first, I declined, thinking the timing wasn’t right, but something told me to take the leap. That decision changed everything. Surrounded by the beauty of Colorado’s mountains, I finally had the space to soul-search and ask myself what I truly wanted from my career and life. After a lot of reflection, I realized I wanted a career that combined flexibility, service, and connection. That’s when I began researching real estate, which eventually stood out as the perfect path.

The confirmation came during an Uber ride from the airport when the driver told me about his cousin, a realtor who had sold over $11 million worth of real estate in just six months. That conversation lit a fire in me—I was inspired by what was possible in real estate, and I knew I wanted to create a career that not only empowered me but also made a meaningful impact.

It wasn’t an overnight journey. While juggling my master’s program, I slowly worked toward my real estate license, but I brought a unique perspective to the field. My studies in Public Health taught me about overcrowded homes, food deserts, and quality-of-life challenges, and those lessons became the foundation of my real estate mission. I didn’t just want to sell homes; I wanted to educate and empower families and communities by simplifying the home-buying process and showing them how real estate could change their lives.

Today, as a full-time realtor, I am driven by the joy of helping people achieve one of the biggest milestones of their lives—homeownership. Whether it’s helping first-time buyers realize their dreams, educating communities about the benefits of owning a home, or identifying resources to make sustainable living possible, I see real estate as a platform to make a lasting impact. Every client I help and every closing I celebrate reinforces why I took this leap, and I’m proud to be part of a field that allows me to change lives while fulfilling my own purpose.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges I faced in real estate was at the very beginning of my journey. I had to take the pre-licensing course twice before I passed the final exam, which taught me early on the importance of perseverance. Once I earned my license, I was fortunate to close my first deal within five months, but I quickly realized there was so much I didn’t know—especially about how to prospect for business. Real estate school doesn’t teach you how to build a pipeline, create a business model, or establish daily habits for success. I was essentially winging it, and it showed.

There were periods of success followed by long stretches where I heard nothing but crickets. I didn’t have a clear plan or structure, and that inconsistency hit hard. There were even moments when I was dead broke and had to lean on family for support.

Another challenge was the complexity of many of my transactions. My clients often came with unique circumstances—tight timelines, tough lender challenges, or situations that required creative solutions. These weren’t straightforward deals, and each one pushed me to think outside the box and become more resourceful.

Looking back, I can say every one of those struggles has been a blessing in disguise. Those ‘character-building’ transactions and tough times forced me to adapt, develop a strategy, and commit to building a sustainable business. I’ve since established a routine with daily tasks, a solid business model, and clear goals. I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure, navigate challenges, and always put my clients’ needs first.

These experiences have not only made me a better realtor but also a better and more responsible man, personally and professionally. I’m proud of the growth I’ve achieved, and I use the lessons I’ve learned to ensure my clients receive the best possible service.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a realtor who is deeply passionate about creating personalized, memorable experiences for my clients. I specialize in tailoring the buying or selling process to meet each client’s unique needs, listening carefully to their goals, and ensuring they feel like my highest priority throughout the journey.

One of the things I’m most proud of is hosting educational seminars where I empower people with the knowledge they need to achieve homeownership. Seeing attendees walk away inspired and confident that buying a home is within reach is incredibly rewarding. I also take pride in being a relationship-oriented professional. I’ve built a network of trusted resources that I can connect my clients with to help them overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.

What sets me apart is my attention to detail and my commitment to excellence in everything I do, especially my marketing. I invest time and resources into crafting high-quality, professional marketing pieces that reflect my clients’ properties in the best possible light and showcase the level of care I put into my work.

Ultimately, I’m not just selling homes—I’m helping people build futures, and that’s what drives me every day.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is creating joyful and meaningful moments for the people I care about and the people I work with. It’s incredibly fulfilling to make others feel seen, supported, loved, and embraced. I believe in exchanging good with good, and knowing I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s life brings me so much happiness.

I also find happiness in earning a good income doing work I genuinely love. Financial stability gives me peace and the freedom to make decisions without unnecessary stress. Being able to support myself and live life on my terms allows me to show up as my best self in all areas of my life, and that’s truly a source of happiness for me.
