Today we’d like to introduce you to Magic Kenny
Hi Magic, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Kenny Laborde also known as DJ Magic Kenny. A young Haitian-African who was born and raised in the 90’s, and started his career in high school at the early age of fifteen. After I got introduce into the art of djing from listening to other pioneer djs on the radio as a kid , I fell in love on the spot and have never looked back ever since . I dedicated my time in the beginning to learn so many different cultures like Caribbean Music , EDM music , HipHop music , African Music little did I know this turned me into one of the most versatile DJ in all genres in the industry. But the key thing that got me to where I am today is because of faith and me taking the time to learn from my mistakes and perfecting my craft.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Nothing in life is really smooth especially when it’s something you are doing for the first time. ive had a lot of challenges and a lot of obstacles that I had to overcome.personal challenges , like school , personal growth , and as for the dj part , some of my challenges were to find my niche or to mc and dj at the same time , due to the fact that I speak multiple languages and English not my first language was a bit challenging but look at me now I am one of the greatest dj / mc right now .
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am kenny Laborde , known as djmagickenny , I am a dj/producer who specialize in afro-caribbean music , I also am an entrepreneur and a Soldier of Gods Army. what am I most proud of ? hmm that’s a good question , I am mostly proud of the person I am becoming every day , watching me going from worst to better is always my most exciting thing to witness in my life . what sets me apart from other dj/producer I think is my story and life experience.

Most people may not know this about me but I always wanted to be an actor lol
I think I could be a cool actor in some movie or series .
