Eventful ATL started as a passion project between three childhood friends—Taylor Kelly, Morgan Prime, and Sydney Royer—who shared a love for creativity, hospitality, and bringing people together. What began as small, curated gatherings quickly evolved into a full-fledged brand dedicated to creating experiences that elevate everyday moments into something meaningful.
Our journey began with a simple idea: to offer interactive workshops that were not just events but meaningful experiences. We started with candle-making and floral-arranging sessions, and the response was incredible. People weren’t just attending—they were engaging, creating, and connecting in ways we hadn’t anticipated. That excitement fueled us to expand our offerings, and soon, we introduced unique experiences like caviar tastings and soon to be other high-end, hands-on workshops that will incorporate other local artisans and crafts people alike.
As we grew, so did our vision. We realized that Eventful ATL wasn’t just about the workshops; it was about fostering connection and making celebrations more intentional. From private events to corporate experiences, we’ve been fortunate to partner with incredible clients and see our idea blossom into something truly special. Now, as we celebrate milestones like our first anniversary and the launch of new at-home experience kits, we’re more excited than ever about the future.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, but every challenge has helped shape Eventful ATL into what it is today. Any time I begin to feel overwhelmed I remember how amazing every event has been and that I asked for this. I wanted this success and there is no better feeling than that.
One of the biggest hurdles has been balancing the growth of the business while maintaining our full-time careers. Every member of our team has a demanding job outside of Eventful ATL, which means late nights, early mornings, and weekends spent curating experiences, planning events, and handling logistics.
While the balancing act can be tough, it has also been gratifying. Eventful ATL has given us a creative outlet—something to look forward to after long workdays. It’s a space where we can channel our passion and collaborate on something meaningful. There have been moments of exhaustion and uncertainty, but our shared vision and the enthusiasm of our community have kept us going. The challenges have ultimately made us more intentional, more efficient, and more appreciative of every success along the way.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
From a young age, I was always fascinated by finding new ways to build businesses that delivered what people wanted—sometimes before they even knew they wanted it. Whether it was running neighborhood newsletters, setting up lemonade stands, or crafting handmade bookmarks in elementary school out of glue and bright colors, I was always drawn to creativity and entrepreneurship.
I loved bringing ideas to life, experimenting with new ways to engage people, and watching how small details could create big moments of joy. That same energy and curiosity have carried over into Eventful ATL. The drive to create something unique, to offer people experiences they didn’t even realize they needed, has always been at the heart of what I do. Looking back, every childhood project and passion fed into the foundation of Eventful ATL, making it a natural evolution of everything I’ve always loved.
