Check Out Zee P’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zee P

Hi Zee, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was always an artist. I draw almost every day, I play at most 4 different instruments. Basically tried anything people would consider art. But, I never knew fashion was in my cards until I got to high school.

Before that, since 3rd grade, I was wearing uniforms 5 days/wk. In my case, thought that was the norm. I was more so into sneakers because that was the “IT” thing & really the only thing that made the uniform stood out. I thought it was cool & wanted as many as I could get. But, I also had to work with what I was given from back to school, birthday, & Christmas. I was making sure I knew what to ask for so I could express myself thoroughly with what was given to me. At the same time, very humbled & grateful (shout out to my parents).

But as I’ve graduated & started working 9-5s, I was able to buy everything I’ve always wanted to get when it came down to clothes & shoes. I worked at the mall & started to get influenced with anybody that came in & all the pieces around me as well.

So, I started Hungry Hustler Brand (@hungryhustlerbrand on Instagram) to basically sell matching pieces with new sneaker releases. But working 2 part-time jobs & going to school at the time, let’s just say life was… life lol. So I temporarily closed until further notice. My consistency was off back then. I felt that I rushed the brand so I wanna come back & perfect it when I have a chance.

Then, I started a hat page called yungzee fitteds (@yungzeefitteds on Instagram) to showcase a collection of different hats, mainly fitteds, I have. The fitted community is a dope. It’s like calling yourself a nerd when it comes to it & I love it. Each hat created tells a story!

I have a styling page also called fits by yungzee, (@fitsbyyungzee on Instagram) to obviously, put pieces together to make outfits. On my spare time, I’m literally on canva just putting fits together for myself. 9/10 the fits you see on my personal Instagram page, is literally a fit I had did on canva that I’ve created. I love doing those, it’s literally my type of artistic pieces that I also want to share with others so… Tap In!

Lastly on this journey of how I got into fashion, I have a new brand called Enyap Hill (@enyaphill.us on Instagram). Enyap Hill to me is “creativity within the soul”. Enyap is my last name spelled backwards, which is my father’s name. Hill is my mother’s maiden name. It’s really me saying I’m bled by both & the name itself is cool to me. I have dope pieces coming out & excited for you all to see this come to life during 2025.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Accepting that not everybody is going to like your pieces, prices, or even the fact that you are YOU. The haters should be your biggest motivators to keep going. People get into your head so much, negatively, that you start to feel defeated when it should make you work harder. At the end of the day, somebody else likes your pieces, prices, & thinks you the dopest on Earth. Also, consistency is key & the more people see it, the better. Learning that now is something I wish I knew when I first started my brands.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a clothing brand owner, creative director, & fashion stylist. I specialize in luxury streetwear, modern streetwear, & vintage pieces in all aspects. I’m known for confidently wearing what I want to wear to make myself stand out. I’m proud that I put myself out into the world even though I’m an introvert.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’m inspired by most of the people that do know me actually. There’s inspiration everywhere. I see a certain piece on someone or how I see a color scheme on something, I grab the iPad & get to creating. So shout out to friends, family, & everything else that exist lol.
