Hi Moneisha , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started White Labs Concierge Lab Services in February 2017 as a side hustle to supplement my income. What started off as a part-time supplement, has gained traction into a full-time business. We started being a collection service for the metro Atlanta. We’re based in Downtown Atlanta and now we travel nationwide collecting labs for private doctors, corporations, and government agencies. Our experience and customer service gives our clients the best care there is. Our slogan is “Let us be your lab liaison.”
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I started my business I had no idea what i was doing. I’m the first in my family to start a business so I couldn’t ask anyone for help. I’ve partnered with businesses that didn’t pay me and my team for working. Businesses taking credit for work our team did. Everything hasn’t been smooth along the way, but as we grow we learn to adapt to changes, compromises, and elevate our business in a positive light.

White Labs Concierge Lab Services was created in Atlanta, GA in 2017. We are a mobile lab collection service consultant service. We specialize in blood, urine, drug screening, and occupational health screens for private medical practices, corporations, and government agencies. What set’s us apart is we’re international as well as stateside collection service. I’m proud of our brand for helping families annually for our back to school jamboree, our community education of health disparities in the black community, and free HIV testing and education resources. We offer a wide range of services such as in home blood collections, employer wellness screens, and DNA testing.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I learned during the pandemic how to adjust to change. Keep positive of everything if it seems dire at the time. Everything will work out for you.
