Daily Inspiration: Meet Brianna Geter

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Geter

Brianna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my makeup journey over eight years ago, fueled by a deep passion for beauty and creativity. When I first began, I was just like many other aspiring artists; eager to master my craft but unsure of how to turn my passion into a sustainable business. I spent countless hours perfecting my skills, working with clients, and learning the ins and outs of the industry through trial and error.

Over the years, I not only refined my artistry but also discovered a love for business and marketing. I realized that being talented wasn’t enough but knowing how to attract, retain, and consistently book clients was just as important. Through strategic branding, social media growth, and client experience, I built a thriving makeup business that keeps me booked year-round, even during slow seasons.

As my success grew, so did my desire to help other artists do the same. That’s when I created my Mastery Program—A comprehensive course designed to teach makeup artists and service providers how to scale their businesses, retain clients, and position themselves as in-demand professionals. Seeing my students transform their careers and gain financial stability has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Beyond makeup, I’ve expanded my brand into content creation, offering beauty and lifestyle content while building a platform that allows me to monetize my passions. I also provide photography services through my Birthday Glam Bundle, ensuring my clients feel just as confident in front of the camera as they do in the makeup chair.

Now, as I continue to grow, I’m focused on creating multiple streams of income, scaling my brand, and helping others turn their passion into profit. It’s been a long journey, full of challenges and lessons, but every step has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In the beginning, my biggest struggle was building a consistent clientele, getting people to trust me, book with me, and come back. I also had to learn how to navigate slow seasons, which pushed me to develop strategies to stay booked year-round.

Self-doubt was another challenge. It’s easy to compare yourself to others, but I learned to trust my process, invest in my growth, and stay in my lane. Transitioning from makeup artist to educator and entrepreneur was also a shift, but once I saw the impact of helping others, it became the most rewarding part of my journey.

Despite the challenges, every setback taught me how to pivot, adapt, and refine my strategies. Those lessons are exactly why I’m able to help others now.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a makeup artist, educator, and content creator who specializes in enhancing natural beauty while helping other artists and service providers build thriving businesses. I’m known for my ability to stay booked year-round, even during slow seasons, and I teach others how to do the same through my Mastery Program. My program goes beyond artistry; it focuses on branding, marketing, and client retention, giving beauty professionals the tools to scale their businesses.

One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing my students transform their careers. Watching them go from struggling to fully booked, raising their prices, and gaining financial stability is incredibly rewarding.

What sets me apart is my business-first approach. While many artists focus solely on technique, I emphasize strategy, branding, and long-term success. I’ve built a career that’s not just about doing makeup but about leveraging my skills to create multiple streams of income and helping others do the same.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
If there’s one thing I’ve learned on this journey, it’s that talent alone isn’t enough; strategy, consistency, and mindset are just as important. Whether you’re a makeup artist, service provider, or entrepreneur, success comes from knowing how to position yourself, attract the right clients, and create opportunities beyond just your craft.

I also want to remind anyone reading this that slow seasons don’t have to mean slow income. There are ways to stay booked and profitable year-round, you just need the right strategies. That’s exactly why I created my Mastery Program—to help beauty professionals build sustainable businesses, not just side hustles.

And lastly, never be afraid to pivot, evolve, and invest in yourself. Your growth is in your hands, and the only limit is how far you’re willing to go.
