Meet Michelle of Michelle Hernandez, Realtor.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle.

Hi Michelle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I had unfortunately gone through a divorce. I had four grown children, but still had two younger children at home.. I was working as a paralegal in a law firm at the time. I was not bringing home enough money to make ends meet not even enough to have the ends waived each other. Ha ha ha just a little side humor.. although I really liked the attorney I worked with, I felt there was something more that I was meant to be doing. Something that would have the potential to benefit me in a greater capacity financially, while also giving me the flexibility to spend more time with my children. I knew that being a single parent and being the sole parent the majority of the time, they needed me more. I prayed about the situation and in one week I had three people who did not know each other suggest I get my real estate license. I felt as if that was my answer to prayer, my sign so to speak..

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have just entered into my fifth year as a Realtor. The first few years were difficult in the fact that I actually was making less money than what I made at the law firm. I began in 2020 right after the chaos of Covid had begun.Thankfully, I had family to depend upon.. And by the grace of God, I have had an increase in clientele and financially every year. Am I where I would like to be? No, not yet, but I’m getting there, and I believe and know in my heart that I will be successful along this journey.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Michelle Hernandez, Realtor.?
I’m a realtor. I assist others in selling their current home in order to find the home they’ve been dreaming of or to simply help someone begin their journey in homeownership.

Whether I am assisting in buying or selling or both, I give it my all. I pride myself in doing the best job I can do in order to see success for everyone..

What sets me apart? I’m genuinely in the fact that I see myself and think about how I would feel if this was me on the other end of the transaction. I feel like any of my former clients or current clients will be able to tell you that I give my 100% to make this more than just a real estate transaction but to make this a memory, a good memory for everyone. Does it always turn out perfect? Not always, but when my head hits the pillow at night, I know that I gave my all..

My love language is definitely giving and wanting to see others smile and be happy..
