Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsay Ann Minix.
Hi Lindsay Ann, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As a young adult, massage therapy and other modalities of body work had always intrigued me. I knew that I was being led to a career that helped people heal- physically, mentally and spiritually. Creating a safe space for people to connect with themselves and their bodies felt naturally in line with my life path.
I attended Peachtree City school of massage in 2020 and fell deeper in love with bodywork and the art of healing ✨
I worked at spas for a year and a half before buying my business to get hands on experience while feeling out which modalities were in alignment with my personal interests.
In 2022 I got the opportunity to buy the spa in which I was currently working and knew that it was divinely inspired. I had already fallen in love with the community, the historical building, and the holistic feel that Glow had been born with, but now she was my business baby which made her even more special 😊
Three years later Glow is thriving and shining more so than ever. We have finished out the building making all of our rooms accessible & filled them with therapists (each specializing in their own modality) and are in the midst of expanding over the summer, adding new technology, services and hiring an esthetician.
A huge thank you to my partner Anna who has made the transitions of life and being a business owner much smoother than they could have been. Working for yourself takes an incredible amount of perseverance and without their help and partnership I would need much more coffee and get much less sleep.
We are so lucky to call this place ours, it truly is a unique experience growing a business and creating a team that is just as passionate as I am about holistic and spiritual healing.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’d say coming from my background and working my way to this point was nothing short of a rocky road. I’m proud of myself for following my dreams and looking back from where I am now definitely makes me emotional in the best way.
Learning to take risks and go so far outside of your comfort zone takes time, patience and a love for yourself that needs constant nourishment.
Giving myself the freedom to follow whatever path my heart lead me to and also giving myself permission to fail (which is the hardest part) and trusting myself to not.
I’ve learned that in this path, the more I hold and love myself, the more energy I have to give my lovely clients, which in turn will make my business thrive.

We are a client centered holistic based spa that offers a variety of services including massage, body wraps and facial treatments and more.
We carry sustainable, organic beauty products and are knowledgeable on fine tuning treatment sessions to each clients needs. Myself and my therapists specialize in all types of bodywork including deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal and hot stone massage.
We are very proud of our CBD massage service not only for the lasting benefits but also for the locally sourced product used during treatment.
One of our therapists is currently being trained in MLD massage and we are excited to add that back to our service list.
Our new Esthetician will be bringing a lot to the table within the next month, including new facial treatments along with brow lamination and lash lifts & tints
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is that Glow remains a safe space for anyone looking to be a better version of themselves. My hope is that this expansion paves the way for even the most unlikely of candidates to stumble upon our orange doorstep and find the peace within themselves that they’ve been missing out on. That they know they are important enough to take care of and to make space for.
I want to make true self care reachable to people from all walks of life and build community with like minded individuals.
