Check Out Zechariah Lewis’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zechariah Lewis.

Hi Zechariah, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was Born in Pensacola Florida, and I moved to Riverdale around the age of 4. I basically grew up in Clayton county. Baseball was the first sport I started in, but I grew to like all other sports. I was on the athletic side. Then around the age of 8 I started boxing in Pensacola, when I used to go back and forth from Georgia during summer break. I got into boxing because, I fell in love with fighting/play fighting, and the environment. That’s all I was around. I didn’t get focus until I turned 17 and actually got into a fight with somebody after school. It was too easy. So it just clicked, I needed to compete with other fighters to actually lock in and get better. I knew that there were levels to boxing, and street fighting wasn’t safe anymore for me. Ever since then, boxing changed me.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It wasn’t smooth at all especially after graduation. Support wise I believed in myself and knew what goals I was striving for. It was situations that should’ve broke me but, I broke through every time.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Professional Boxer/Trainer, & Acting and Modeling. I’m a jack of all trades. I can do whatever I want if I’m really locked in. I’m mainly known as a Fighter.
I’m proud. I move like a leader and never was a follower. I got my respect because of that. I stayed to myself and I was always true to myself.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
