Hidden Gems: Meet Jessica Myers of Jess Cheese Grazing LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Myers.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Actually, pursing my catering career started on my 1st “official date” with my husband. He asked me “what is that you want to do in life?!” At the time that question stumped me. I was a dancer at Magic City, had a 3-year-old son, and no one ever really took the time to see me for who I really was. I answered him “the only thing I enjoy doing is cooking”, he replied “then that’s what you should be perusing”. Not too long after that I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu, graduated, and the rest is history.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to Jess Cheese Grazing has been a wild ride of struggles, lack of knowledge, and giving up time & time again. Looking back on it, I’m so grateful for my failures. My failures took me for a ride of a life time. I started Chef Savannah Catering which was the beginning of my Catering journey. This was my “I know nothing but how to cook era” (I smile so much thinking about it). Fresh out of culinary school I began my business and started building my clientele. I must say Atlanta loved me and supported me to the max but I was drowning. No knowledge of business, brand building, or even budgeting. That led me to burn out therefore I gave up without even realizing it. By the grace of God my phone would not stop ringing, the emails would not stop pouring in, my clients did not give up on and kept my dream and food alive.

My rebrand was truly a turning point and it all started in business coaching through EntreBELIEVER. That experience and guidance changed everything for me – not just in business, but in how I saw myself as a creative. They taught me how to truly brand with purpose, budget wisely, and most importantly dig deep to bring life to the food in a way my clients have never experienced.

Through my failures and growth, I found myself inspired to create show-stopping centerpieces using charcuterie, fresh fruit, and more. It became less about “catering” and more about storytelling through edible art. I’m finally in my God-given purpose- creating intentional food that brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.

As you know, we’re big fans of Jess Cheese Grazing LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My business is rooted in love, creativity, and purpose. Jess Cheese Grazing LLC is a faith-based catering brand that specializes in charcuterie boards, grazing tables, lavish brunches, gourmet tapas, as well as fruit-foward center pieces.

What’s special about my brand is the art, the joy, and its ministry. Everything my team and I create is crafted to spark a conversation, connection, and community. We bring whole heart and faith into the kitchen, and that’s something our clients can feel when they taste or even see the work!

I’m most proud of the transformation – not just in my business, but in myself. I’ve gone from hustling to survive to building a legacy that reflects God’s purpose for us all. Watching people gather, celebrate, and eyes light up when they see my centerpieces is everything to me. Truth be told, I’m so proud of my failures because it lead to me successfully serve my community.

What makes you happy?
Simplicity brings me so much happiness, joy, and gratitude. Waking up a healthy mother, wife, and experiencing all this life has to offer. I find happiness in creating, whether its crafting beautiful brunch spreads or experimenting in the kitchen with fresh ingredients. Happiness is a choice and for me its intentional.
