Hi Abraham, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Abraham Gray and was born in 1975. I started my first business when I was 15 and made and saved over $1M by the time I was 19. I have bought, ran and sold over 400 businesses in my lifetime. I have had my biggest business make over $100M in profit from 2007 through 2104. I have many businesses that have made 8 figure profits. I have 1 or 2 partners in most of my businesses.
I started buying real estate in 1998 and have bought, rented and sold over a thousand properties since then. I currently own multiple hundred rentals and always have a couple dozen fix and flips going on that I use my own cash for.
I have been doing some lending for the past 20 years but got more heavily into it in 2020 and have blown it up into a big business over the past 5 years.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There are always struggles but nothing that will kill you.
