Community Highlights: Meet Kristy Hall of C & K Event Essentials, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristy Hall.

Hi Kristy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My early years were good. I was fortunate to be raised by two hardworking parents who showed me what it takes to succeed in whatever I set my mind to. At 16, I got my first job making pizzas, which marked the beginning of the work ethic I carry today.

From there, I went on to graduate from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Sports Management. A few years later, I earned my Master’s in Business Administration.

I’ve been lucky to work with every sports team in Atlanta, an experience I found both amazing and fun.

For the past 12 years, I’ve managed several branches of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I am grateful for every opportunity that job provided. It even gave me the chance to take a year off to relax, refocus, and figure out what’s next. That period of reflection led to the founding of C&K Event Essentials.

I’m very proud of my journey so far, and I look forward to what the future holds—for me and for the company.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
At C & K Event Essentials, we understand that every business venture comes with its share of challenges and valuable lessons.

Adapting to evolving customer demands is key to staying ahead in the industry. We carefully determine rental prices that not only cover costs but also ensure profitability.

We’ve also learned that not all money is good money. Knowing when to graciously decline an event is just as important as securing new opportunities—especially when it’s not the right fit for our brand at that moment.

Throughout this journey, one of the most rewarding aspects has been building genuine relationships. Having clients and partners who advocate for us and share our story helps spread the word about the quality and reliability of C & K Event Essentials.

We’ve been impressed with C & K Event Essentials, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
C & K Event Essentials, where “Your Event Is Our Business” was founded in 2024 by the dedicated team of Carl and Kristy, we are a fresh and innovative event rental company located in the Metro-Atlanta area. With over 25 years of combined experience in the events industry, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every event we touch.

Our extensive experience encompasses a wide range of events, from intimate corporate functions to high-profile gatherings involving the Atlanta Falcons. This background allows us to understand the nuances of planning and executing successful events, regardless of size or complexity.
