Before I started helping families buy and sell homes, I managed my own rental properties. I’ve always had an eye for opportunity, a passion for growth, and a desire to empower others—especially women—to feel secure financially and personally. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like many women balancing business, family, personal goals, and community work, one of my biggest challenges has been managing it all without losing myself in the process. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle—building a brand, fulfilling orders, showing up for clients.
But I’ve learned that success without self-care isn’t sustainable. Rest and boundaries aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials. I’ve become intentional about recharging, saying no when needed, and giving myself grace during busy seasons. That balance—while still evolving—is now part of what success means to me.
