Today we’d like to introduce you to Shayla Bell.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Shayla. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I stepped into the world of entrepreneurship in 2011 when I joined the financial services industry as an independent agent for part-time income. Prior to this experience I’d been in the medical field for all of my adult life and had never gone to work for myself. I loved everything about entrepreneurship! I loved the freedom of time, the income, the travel, the networking opportunities, everything. The experience reminded me that I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart. It reminded me of when I would sale popsicles to my neighbors during the summer or candy with my friends during the school year. It reminded me that I was not and had never been built for the conventional workplace.
In 2013, God began to pull me in a slightly different direction. He gave me a vision and a heart for empowering women. I started by hosting financial education workshops geared specifically toward women. My first event drew over 50 attendees, and I was ecstatic! A room full of women, eager to learn, and better themselves was all the confirmation I needed to keep pressing forward. I felt like I was finally walking in my purpose and it felt amazing! As time went by, I decided to start my own corporation with the goal of helping women and girls reach their full God-given potential. I began by hosting vision board workshops. I worked and I prayed, asking God for growth opportunities.
I literally latched on to any and everything that presented a new and positive growth experience; I was looking to stretch myself. This process leads me to a book writing workshop in 2015 which I thought was attending to support a friend, but God had different plans. Three months after the workshop, I published my first book, the 90 Day Vision Journal. The publishing of my first book launched my public speaking career and from there everything began to unfold. One opportunity has consistently laid the groundwork for the next. I’m now an author of two books, a certified life coach and public speaker. Most recently, I’ve been lead to offer retreats for women. The first S.H.E. (Soul Healing Experience) retreat was held in May of 2018.
God has been true to His call on my life; everything I’ve done has been geared towards helping women realize their full potential and embrace their purpose. I am more excited now than ever before because I know this is only the beginning! I have so much more to do, so much more to learn and so much more to give!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There have been tons of obstacles, but I’ve learned that nothing worth doing is easy. The biggest challenge for me has been asking for help!!! You can’t accomplish big things without a team! My team is amazing! I’m still work in progress.
Shayla Bell – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am a strategist for individuals and groups seeking to accomplish major goals in a condensed time frame. I help clients to see a goal from conception to completion in a span of only 90 days and coach them along the way on topics such as visualization, creating effective action plans, and help people get unstuck by teaching them to master strategic goal setting through my 90-day system.
I’m most proud of my clients. Honesty, their accomplishments and passion keep me pushing.
What sets us apart. . . My ambassadors and I truly have the heart to serve people and God. Our priority is our clients achieving! We believe that everyone who desires, can lead a life of purpose, and we will do everything in our power to help them accomplish their goals.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is freedom in all areas of life. Financial freedom, freedom of time, freedom to travel with your family, etc. Freedom to me also eqiuvalates to peace.
I know I have succeeded when I see my entire vision manifested, when I can truly say I have freedom and peace, and when I am completely walking in Gods plan for my life.
