Rising Stars: Meet Nina Sperry of Alpharetta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nina Sperry.

Hi Nina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
For most of my life, I followed a traditional path. I spent over 20 years in the corporate world, building a successful career and doing all the things that were expected of me but deep down, I always felt a pull toward something more.

That pull eventually became impossible to ignore. I’d always been drawn to the unseen, to astrology, to energy work, to the inner worlds most people aren’t taught to trust. When I started exploring energy healing more seriously, everything changed. I began clearing long held patterns, healing emotional imprints, and reconnecting with my intuition in a way that felt like coming home.

That journey led me to certify in Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, Reiki, and other healing modalities. I also deepened my work with astrology, which had been part of my life since I was a teenager. Today, I blend all of these tools to help others return to themselves—to feel grounded in their bodies, clear in their energy, and connected to their purpose.

It’s not a path I planned, but it’s exactly where I’m meant to be.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not. Healing isn’t linear, and neither is building a soul-led business. There were so many moments of doubt, especially when I first walked away from the structure and safety of corporate life. I’ve had to (and still do) unravel years of conditioning around success, productivity, and worthiness.

One of the hardest parts was learning to trust my own intuition over outside expectations. That sounds simple, but when you’ve spent years in environments that reward logic over feeling, it takes real work to shift. I had to face a lot of fear around being visible, speaking openly about my work, and allowing myself to be fully seen in it.

And the inner work doesn’t stop. As a healer, I move through just as much as I help others move through. Every layer I clear in myself deepens my capacity to hold space for someone else—but it’s not always graceful or easy.

Still, I wouldn’t change a thing. The messy parts shaped me. They brought me here.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I help people clear the emotional, energetic, and subconscious patterns that keep them stuck so they can come back into alignment with who they really are. I work with a blend of modalities including Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, Reiki, AO Scan frequencies, and astrology. Every session is guided by the client’s energy and tailored to what is most present in the moment. I don’t follow a script, I follow the body, the field, and the deeper truth that wants to come through.

My specialty is helping people get out of their heads and back into their bodies. A lot of my clients come to me feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like they’re carrying things that don’t even belong to them. We clear that. Whether it’s stuck emotion, trauma, ancestral residue, belief systems, or spiritual interference, it all has a frequency, and we can shift it.

I’m most proud of the transformation I’ve witnessed in people when they start to feel safe in their bodies again. When they remember that they’re not broken, they’re just holding too much. That moment when their nervous system softens, their energy gets clearer, and they start to move differently in the world—that’s everything.

What sets me apart is the way I blend technical skill with deep intuition. I’ve trained in multiple systems and certifications, but what makes the work powerful is how I hold space. It’s not just about clearing what’s heavy. It’s about creating a space where someone can feel safe, land, exhale, and finally feel like themselves again.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Being able to feel what is coming up and actually stay with it. Not bypass it. Not fix it. Just sit with what is real. That has been one of the most important pieces of my own healing, and it is something I bring into every session.

When I am with someone, I am all in. I am not trying to push them or guide them somewhere they are not ready to go. I am meeting them where they are and holding space for what is here now. That is what makes this work feel safe. That is what lets the deeper shifts happen.
