Hi Charnell, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Clean Corp in 2007 while in college at Clark Atlanta University and working a part time job. We also provide free cleanings to people battling cancer.
Clean Corp started with me cleaning and doing all of the roles. I cleaned, answered the phones, created fliers, website and more. I wanted to create a dependable cleaning service that people could truly count on. I launched the business over 18 years ago here in Atlanta, driven by a passion for service and the desire to help busy families and professionals reclaim their time and peace of mind. What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a trusted team serving homes and offices across the city.
The journey hasn’t been easy — there were late nights, lessons learned, and plenty of trial and error. But through it all, our commitment to excellence and care never wavered. Today, Clean Corp stands as a reflection of grit, grace, and growth. It’s more than just a business — it’s a community of hardworking people dedicated to making a difference, one clean space at a time.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all! I say it all that time that cleaning is the easy part. We aren’t the owning cleaning company in town. We have to continually find ways to active in the community. Another challenge is balancing high demand with maintaining consistent quality. As we grow, it’s important to us that every client still gets the personalized, detailed service we’re known for. Hiring and training the right team members who align with our standards and values is another ongoing challenge — especially in a fast-paced industry like cleaning. We’re also constantly adapting to changes in technology, client expectations, and competition. But each challenge pushes us to improve our systems, grow as leaders, and stay focused on our mission: delivering exceptional service with heart.
