Hi Crystal, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My path to where I am today has been anything but linear. I started in entertainment and media, working behind the scenes in branding, PR, and talent development, but for a long time I wrestled with my own voice—wondering if I was meant to be in the spotlight or if I should just stay behind the scenes helping others shine. It took going through some of my hardest personal seasons, including leaving toxic environments and rebuilding my confidence, to realize that my story and my perspective were my greatest assets. That breakthrough led me to launch The Omni Firm, where I’ve had the privilege of leading PR and marketing campaigns for award-winning artists, nonprofits, and brands, securing national media placements and building high-level partnerships. Along the way, I also created Her Limitless Legacy to help women break cycles, own their brilliance, and step into visibility. Every pivot I’ve made, from corporate roles to entrepreneurship, has deepened my commitment to helping others own their story, amplify their impact, and build a legacy that outlives them.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. After my divorce, I took the leap from corporate entertainment into entrepreneurship—not just to redefine my career, but also to heal and create a life without limits. In the beginning, I faced all the challenges so many entrepreneurs know too well: rebuilding my confidence, navigating financial uncertainty, and learning how to bet on myself without a safety net. But those struggles pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. I’ve since traveled solo to 10 countries, built a multiple six-figure business, and most importantly, created a life and career that feel fully aligned with who I am. The challenges taught me resilience, and they’re the reason I’m so passionate about helping others see that their story, too, can be the foundation for freedom, impact, and legacy.

At its core, The Omni Firm is a strategic PR and brand visibility agency. We specialize in helping artists, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and executives amplify their stories through press, partnerships, and positioning that set them apart in their industries. What sets us apart is that we don’t just chase placements—we dig deep into the narrative, helping clients uncover and own the story that makes their brand unforgettable. Over the years, I’ve been proud to secure national media coverage, high-level partnerships, and thought-leadership opportunities for clients who might have otherwise been overlooked. At the same time, my second brand, Her Limitless Legacy, is quickly growing into a movement of its own. Through coaching, content, and community, I guide women in breaking cycles, reclaiming their brilliance, and stepping boldly into visibility. Together, both brands reflect my mission: to help people be seen, paid, and remembered for the impact they’re here to make.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is actually tied to one of the most pivotal moments of my life. At 14, I faced a crisis pregnancy and made the choice to pursue open adoption for my daughter. The day she was born remains the best day of my life—not because it was easy, but because it was the moment I knew I had chosen life, love, and possibility for her. It taught me responsibility, resilience, and the depth of a mother’s love at a very young age. That experience shaped who I am today and fuels my passion for helping others turn their own challenges into purpose and legacy. I’m deeply proud of that decision, and it remains one of the most defining and beautiful memories of my childhood.
