Exploring Life & Business with Justin Adams of NEW LIFE Praise Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Adams.

Hi Justin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
NEW LIFE Praise Center in Covington, Georgia, began in humble yet impactful circumstances and is now one of the largest churches in the area:

Pastor Justin Adams launched the ministry after receiving what he described as divine direction. Though hesitant, asking God twice for confirmation, he felt called to start a church. Soon after, he located a small room where the first services were held. Initially, it was a very small gathering but God grew the church. From those humble beginnings, the church expanded as people were drawn in by a warm sense of community and passionate preaching grounded in the redemptive power of Christ’s life, death, and resurrection.
A significant milestone came when NEW LIFE was able to acquire a new campus, even though the location wasn’t even for sale at the time. This unexpected opportunity, secured “at the right time,” was viewed by the church as a miracle and affirmed that they were on a divinely orchestrated path. Our 29 Acres and 35,000 sq ft facility is full of life, love, and Jesus Christ!

NEW LIFE invites all people to encounter Hope, Healing, and Community. We are a modern, non-denominational church with a welcoming environment where children, youth, and adults can all find engaging worship, relevant teaching, and safe spaces to grow spiritually.

Our core mission emphasizes connecting all people to life in Christ and helping them discover God’s purpose through love, grace, and community. “Everyone’s welcome” serves as a powerful and repeated rallying cry.

Sunday services are held at 9 AM and 11 AM, with a midweek gathering every Wednesday at 7 PM. These gatherings typically run about 90 minutes and include contemporary music led by a worship team, meaningful messages grounded in Scripture, and opportunities for community fellowship. Kid-friendly environments and youth programs are structured to engage families of all ages.

Located at 8111 Brown Bridge Road in Covington, GA.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
From day one, God’s hand has been on this journey. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been His design. Our biggest challenge has never been finding people, it’s been making room for them. We’ve added services, expanded discipleship, and stretched ourselves to ensure one thing: that every person who walks through our doors knows they are welcomed, loved, and valued. And God has been faithful… because when the doors opened, the people came.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about NEW LIFE Praise Center?
