We recently had the chance to connect with Jaylia Davis and have shared our conversation below.
Jaylia, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I normally always pray and shower literally, water is my peaceful state of mind. That’s where I get the best ideas and if I’m having a bad day, that’s where I go to to ease my mind.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
About Us
At \[Your Nonprofit Name], our mission is to help individuals and organizations bring their visions to life — no matter how big or small. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to create something meaningful, and we’re here to make that happen by providing the tools, support, and guidance necessary to turn ideas into impact.
Our Purpose
We exist to inspire hope, empower growth, and break cycles. Life shouldn’t be reduced to simply surviving — living paycheck to paycheck, drifting day by day, waiting for the next moment to pass. We believe in the power of purpose. Every individual deserves to live a life that’s fulfilling, driven by passion and possibility, not limitation or fear. Our goal is to awaken that potential and help people build something lasting — something they can be proud of.

Why We Do It
Because we’ve seen what’s possible when people are given a chance. We’re not just in the business of building events or businesses — we’re in the business of building people. Our work is rooted in the belief that no dream is too small, and no background is too broken. Everyone deserves access to the resources and belief it takes to succeed.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
*God saw me before anyone else did before the titles, before the work, before the recognition. He saw purpose in me when no one was looking, and He called me worthy before the world ever had a say.”
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I had to say one time thing to my younger self, that I will say continue to be a dreamer continue to be creative and don’t ever let anyone dim your light or tell you that your dreams are too big.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
Thinking that everyone should think like me or be like me when everyone is themselves no one is going to move how I move no one is going to make the decisions how I would and that’s the beauty of life. Of course this is me thinking this at age of 12 through 14.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What will you regret not doing?
I truly don’t have any regrets and I don’t think that I will in the future either I feel like everything is that for a reason God places, everything in line for a reason for you to be who your truly meant to be.
