Mitchell & Ezekiel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Being blessed with the opportunity to move to America at a young age, we made a promise to ourselves: to create a name, build something meaningful, and leave a legacy for our children.
We grew up in Nigeria, where weekends were filled with vibrant celebrations—parties, gatherings, and the joy of community. Hosting and attending events became a part of us, shaping our love for bringing people together. That passion became the foundation for our vision: to create a space that is elegant, intimate, and welcoming—a place where every guest feels at home.
That vision planted a seed, and over time, it grew into what is now Bliss Haven. The journey, however, was anything but simple. With courage and faith, we secured an empty unit on Canton Road in Marietta, Georgia. From lease negotiations and zoning approvals to long nights of planning, research, and hand-selecting every detail of the décor, the process demanded patience, resilience, and love.
And then, slowly but surely, the dream began to blossom into reality.
Today, when you step into Bliss Haven, you can feel it—the laughter, the warmth, the elegance, and the promise of memories waiting to be made. What started as a dream has become a trusted and versatile venue, known for its beauty and its ability to adapt to each client’s unique needs. From DIY rentals to full-service event planning, Bliss Haven offers flexibility for every occasion.
We’ve been honored to host unforgettable celebrations and to collaborate with talented creatives, but more importantly, we are grateful to see our vision come alive in the joy of every event. Bliss Haven is more than a venue—it is where dreams blossom and memories truly flourish.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nope. The journey to Bliss Haven was not without its struggles. Behind the polished walls and joyful gatherings is a story of resilience, sacrifice, and determination.
Securing the right location was the first hurdle. Negotiating a commercial lease meant navigating rising rents, and legal documents that felt overwhelming at times. Then came zoning approvals and inspections—each step requiring patience, money, and persistence.
One of the toughest setbacks came during our fire inspection. After weeks of preparing, investing in safety upgrades, and feeling confident that everything was in place, we failed. It was a crushing moment—one that delayed our opening, added unexpected costs, and tested our resolve. Instead of moving forward with bookings, we had to go back, address new requirements, and start the approval process again.
“That failed inspection felt like the dream slipping through our fingers. But looking back, it forced us to make Bliss Haven safer, stronger, and better prepared for the future.”
Marketing brought its own challenges, too. Competing with established venues in Marietta meant proving Bliss Haven wasn’t just “another event space.” It required countless hours of branding, building a website, creating social media content, and personally touring guests to show them the difference our space offered.
And, of course, there were moments of doubt. Nights spent wondering: Will people book? Did we make the right decisions? Can we really turn this vision into something lasting?
But every setback became part of the foundation. The failed inspection, the delays, the financial strain—they weren’t the end, they were part of the becoming. They gave Bliss Haven not just walls and floors, but resilience and soul.

Bliss Haven Event Space is more than a venue—it’s an experience. We are proud to offer a versatile, boutique-style event space in the heart of Marietta, Georgia, designed for life’s most meaningful celebrations.
What sets us apart is the intimacy and flexibility of our space. We can comfortably host up to 80 guests, making Bliss Haven ideal for baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, weddings, anniversaries, corporate mixers, workshops, and more. Our layout includes not only a spacious main event hall, but also thoughtful details such as a fully equipped kitchenette, a stylish bar and serving area, a VIP lounge/dressing room, and a dedicated photo booth/selfie wall. Every corner has been created with intention, so guests don’t just rent a space—they step into an atmosphere that feels both elegant and personal.
We specialize in giving clients options. Some guests prefer our DIY rental packages, where they bring their own vendors and décor. Others choose our “Do It with You” packages, which include planning assistance and access to trusted local partners for décor, catering, and entertainment. This flexibility allows us to serve a wide range of clients and budgets, without ever sacrificing quality.
Bliss Haven is known for our attention to detail and warm hospitality. From the moment a client books a tour to the final farewell at their event, we treat every occasion as if it were our own. We take pride in creating a space where people feel celebrated, cared for, and inspired.
