Meet Jamie Bramlett of BramJam, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Bramlett.

Hi Jamie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I never planned to run a creative agency. In fact, I earned a degree in paralegal studies and was deep in the trenches of raising four kids when I was asked to help out “temporarily” with a website company called BlueTorch Network Solutions. That was in January 2014. I was working from home, juggling school pickups and sports practices, and somehow—this work just fit. I fell in love with it.

The company, BlueTorch, focused solely on school district websites at the time. I started out in customer support and design, and I was immediately hooked. Seeing someone’s vision come to life online was incredibly rewarding. What made the experience even more impactful was the leadership of Rob Frierson, the CEO. He built a culture around family first, work second. Everyone worked remotely, and flexibility wasn’t a perk—it was the standard. That changed the way I viewed what work could look like.

Over the next few years, I moved into sales, started writing bids, and eventually helped manage the company. Rob mentored me every step of the way. In 2018, he decided it was time to retire and offered to sell the company to me. It was a huge leap, but I said yes—and in April 2019, I officially became the CEO and rebranded the business as BramJam, LLC.

Since then, we’ve expanded beyond schools to serve small businesses all over the U.S. It’s been a big shift, but one that’s felt incredibly aligned. Small business owners are often amazing at what they do—pressure washing, roofing, hair styling—but they’re overwhelmed trying to manage websites, SEO, and marketing. That’s where we come in. We help them shine online and grow confidently.

BramJam is 100% remote, family-first, and built on the belief that work should support your life—not the other way around. My team knows that if their child is sick or life gets chaotic, they’re supported. That kind of flexibility allows us to bring our best every day to the clients we serve.

We’ve seen our share of highs and lows, and I’ve learned plenty the hard way. But I’m proud of how far we’ve come and deeply grateful to Rob Frierson for seeing something in me that I didn’t even know was there yet. I believe God puts the right people in your path, and his mentorship changed the course of my life and business forever.
At BramJam, it’s never just about websites or SEO—it’s about building something meaningful, for our clients, our families, and the communities we serve.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would love to say it’s been a smooth road—but like any real story of entrepreneurship, it came with its share of bumps, sharp turns, and unexpected detours.

When I first purchased the company, I brought on a partner because, to be honest, I didn’t fully believe I could do it on my own. I knew the work, I had the experience, but I doubted myself as a business owner. That decision turned out to be one of my biggest early lessons. Our visions for the company were completely different, and worse—I later discovered he had been embezzling money from the business. It was devastating on a personal and professional level.

That period was a low point for BramJam. There was very little growth, and I felt like I was spinning my wheels. But once that partnership was dissolved, everything changed. The weight was lifted, and I finally stepped fully into the role I had been preparing for all along.

It wasn’t easy to rebuild trust—within myself, within the team, and with the direction of the company—but it was worth it. BramJam started growing again. We became more aligned with our purpose, our mission, and our clients.

Looking back, I wish I had believed in myself and my team from the start. But I also know that experience taught me to lead with clarity, protect the culture we’ve built, and never compromise on our values. The challenges shaped me, and in many ways, they set the foundation for the version of BramJam that exists today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about BramJam, LLC?
BramJam is a digital agency built on a passion for helping small businesses thrive online — especially those who feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or simply too busy to figure out digital marketing on their own.

We specialize in custom website design, SEO, content strategy, and local business visibility. But we’re not just a service provider — we become a trusted partner to each business we work with. Our clients know they can count on us to listen, solve problems, and show up when it matters most.

What makes BramJam different is our deep commitment to relationships. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all templates or faceless support. Whether it’s designing a website that reflects your story, launching a campaign to help your ideal customers find you, or troubleshooting a tech issue — we’re right there beside you. We work with integrity, transparency, and heart.

We’re known for delivering clean, conversion-focused websites, fast and personal support, and real results that help businesses grow. Our SEO services have helped local companies show up higher in search, drive more traffic, and convert visitors into loyal customers.

What I’m most proud of — brand-wise — is the trust we’ve built with our clients. We’ve grown by word of mouth and referrals because we take our work seriously, and we care deeply about the success of every business we serve.

We now work with clients across the U.S., from home service providers in Georgia to school districts in Utah — and we bring the same level of dedication and professionalism to every single project.

BramJam isn’t just a business — it’s the result of years of learning, listening, and believing that small businesses deserve big results. We’re thoughtful, dependable, creative — and fully invested in helping you win.

How do you think about happiness?
My greatest joy comes from my family. My husband has been by my side through every twist and turn of this entrepreneurial roller coaster — supporting me, encouraging me, and reminding me I can do hard things.

But my happiest place of all? It’s at home, surrounded by our kids and grandkids, gathered around the table for Sunday dinner. There’s something incredibly grounding and fulfilling about those moments — the laughter, the stories, the chaos, the love. It reminds me why I work so hard: not just to build a business, but to build a life that keeps us all connected.
