Hi Matthis, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been a serial entrepreneur my entire life. Submitting my first US Patent at 14 leading to my first exit via M&A in 2008 at age 19. Since then I have been involved in multiple startups to scale ups. After 2021 I need a change and had a shell entity lying around and decided to start Halo Contracting – To Become – Atlanta’s Trusted Roofing and Restoration Experts.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road would have been extremely difficult if I had not had my previous experience. From Organization to financials, to sales, marketing, and branding, and to ops, kpis, and tech then tying it all together to blitz scale was done in less than 90 day as and we did over $1MM in revenue in 9 months our first fiscal year.. Most companies don’t reach this for a few years let alone their first year in business.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am nationally known as a serial entrepreneur, investor, and businessman. I have been starting and blitz scaling companies for over 25 years. Currently own a privatized Holdings/P.E. firm (Elite Ventures Group), that owns my portfolio.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Mindset.
