Hidden Gems: Meet Cippie Hill of Cippie Hauls it

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cippie Hill.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started out with just a box truck and the motivation to build something for myself. At first, it was just me hauling here and there, but people kept calling and the business grew. That box truck became the backbone of what I do, which is why I even put it in my logo, it’s a reminder of where I started. Now I get to help families and businesses clear out space and take the stress off their hands. It’s tough work, but it’s honest work, and I take pride in doing it right.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Starting out, it was just me and my box truck, figuring things out as I went. Some of the struggles have been balancing the physical grind with the business side — pricing jobs right, keeping up with disposal costs, and making sure the schedule stays full. There were times I wondered if it would all come together, but each challenge pushed me to get sharper and more consistent. Those early struggles really shaped the way I run my business today.

As you know, we’re big fans of Cippie Hauls it . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My business is really about helping people clear out space and take a weight off their shoulders. We do all kinds of hauling and junk removal sometimes it’s just a few items, other times it’s full clean-outs. What people usually say about us is that we’re dependable and we get the job done without making things complicated.

I started out with just a box truck, which is why I put it in my logo it reminds me where this all began. What I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built with my customers. They know when they call me, I’ll show up, work hard, and make the process easy. At the end of the day, it’s not just about hauling junk — it’s about helping people get their space and peace of mind back.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up I was the kid who liked working with my hands always building something, fixing things, or helping neighbors move a couch. I was practical, stubborn in a good way, and hated leaving a job half-done. I liked being outside more than sitting around, and I learned early that hard work and showing up mattered more than luck. Those habits turned into how I run my business now: straight-forward, dependable, and ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I’m the kind of person people can count on then I back it up with the work
