Hi Jerica, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started social media after the pandemic, creating fun dance videos with my son. When he stopped wanting to be in the videos, I shifted to documenting my own weight loss and personal development journey. After battling depression and going through a divorce, I wanted to share my story in a positive light to show other women and moms that prioritizing our health is essential for ourselves and for the ones we love.
Now, my content focuses on health, fitness, self-care, glow-ups, mom life, and personal growth. I also partner with brands and promote products through TikTok Shop, while vlogging my journey and lifestyle on YouTube. My goal is to inspire and encourage women to create routines, build confidence, and live a healthier, more empowered life.”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There was definitely some stuggles with trying to connect with my audience. But I told myself that I was going to be myself and my audience will find me.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always outgoing and active in my community. Even as a child, I naturally stepped into leadership roles and became the go-to person in my family and friend group. Whether it was organizing, helping, or encouraging others, people looked to me for support and guidance. That early experience shaped my passion for connecting with others and showing up as someone they can count on.
