Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristal Elise Givehand.
Hi Kristal Elise , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
At the heart of Atlanta’s legal document services and business compliance industry is Kristal Elise Givehand, a Southern California native who has built her career on people management and a passion for empowering entrepreneurs. Kristal’s journey started in Los Angeles, where she earned her B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Los Angeles. She later completed an ABA-accredited Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing her Law degree—further cementing her commitment to serving businesses with excellence and integrity.
After successfully supporting business owners across Greater Los Angeles, Kristal brought her expertise to Metro Atlanta, where she quickly became a trusted name in human resources, compliance, and business strategy. She has earned a reputation for her integrity, professionalism, and ability to guide entrepreneurs in scaling their companies—whether through ensuring compliance with state regulations, building strong business credit, or drafting airtight business agreements.
While Kristal understands that some may see her as the underdog or an unfamiliar name in the industry, her tenacity to succeed is unmatched. She continues to break barriers with determination, faith, and a relentless commitment to excellence—proving that success is not about who knows you, but about how you show up and deliver.
Her work extends beyond one-on-one business support. Kristal is the visionary behind The Entrepreneur N Me Conference Series, an annual experience that blends practical business strategies with inspiration, faith, and community. For Kristal, this platform isn’t about her—it’s about creating space to highlight, celebrate, and elevate upcoming and established entrepreneurs who are making an impact in their fields. The series has quickly become a go-to resource for connection, growth, and empowerment in the entrepreneurial community.
With each event and each client, she serves, Kristal’s mission is clear: to help business owners move from vision to execution with confidence. And while she wears many professional hats, she’s equally passionate about enjoying life—whether that’s traveling, shopping, or spending quality time with friends and family.
Looking ahead, Kristal is focused on expanding her impact—continuing to build platforms, resources, and experiences that equip entrepreneurs to thrive both in business and in life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all—and honestly, I wouldn’t trade the bumps for anything. Every challenge has shaped who I am today. There were seasons where I had to balance being a full-time student, working in corporate America, and still showing up for my clients. At times, resources were limited, and I had to learn how to do more with less. There were also moments of doubt—wondering if I was on the right path or if I should take an easier route.
One of the biggest struggles has been navigating the legal and business compliance industry as a woman of color. I often had to prove myself twice over to earn the trust that others might be given automatically. But instead of letting that discourage me, it pushed me to be more prepared, more resourceful, and more determined to deliver excellence every single time.
What kept me going was my “why”—my passion for helping entrepreneurs build and protect their businesses, and my belief that God placed me here to serve in this way. Every obstacle became an opportunity to grow stronger, wiser, and more creative. Looking back, I realize the struggles weren’t roadblocks—they were steppingstones.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I currently serve as a Regional Human Resources Manager in the aviation industry, where I focus on supporting employees, guiding leaders, and making sure teams have the resources they need to thrive. While I love what I do in HR, my true passion is my business, which sits at the forefront of everything for me. Through my company, I specialize in legal document services, business compliance, and helping entrepreneurs set a strong foundation so they can grow with confidence.
What are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of creating The Entrepreneur N Me Conference Series. It’s not just an event—it’s a platform that highlights and uplifts entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. Knowing that I’ve built something that inspires and equips others to keep going is incredibly rewarding.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my ability to blend corporate-level expertise with a personal, faith-driven touch. I don’t just provide services; I walk alongside entrepreneurs as a partner in their success. My approach is rooted in integrity, strategy, and a genuine desire to see people win—not just in business, but in life.
What makes you happy?
Traveling brings me so much happiness. Being single (for now) and no kids at home, I joke that the sky is my second home—I’m always on the move, and I love how it keeps my energy up and the glow on my face. Beyond the adventures, nothing compares to quality time with my family and loved ones. And, of course, my greatest joy comes from serving an awesome God. Knowing that He has a beautiful plan for me—including someone equally amazing down the road keeps me hopeful, grateful, and smiling through it all.
