Today we’d like to introduce you to Raivon Lee.
Hi Raivon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Now, Raivon LeToyia helps others manifest from authenticity through The Energetic Glow Up Podcast and LLC, her children’s brand Law of Attraction Mama, and its podcast Parenting With Vibes. But she began as a people-pleaser, pouring into others while ignoring her own truth—until she chose herself, walked away from the expected path, and built a life rooted in healing and authenticity.
My journey really began in 2023, though looking back, I can see the threads were weaving long before that. For years, I lived in ways that looked “right” on the outside, but I hadn’t yet asked myself the deeper questions: What would I choose if I were only choosing for myself? From myself?
When I finally did, everything shifted. I realized that I am my best work—my life, my healing, and my evolution are the foundation for everything I create. The expressions of my business reflect that healing: The Energetic Glow Up podcast was born from my own journey of reclaiming my voice and speaking my truth; writing children’s books under my Law of Attraction Mama brand comes from the nurturer in me who wants to guide children early, before they have to unlearn and heal as adults; and Parenting With Vibes grew as a natural extension of that mission, helping parents raise kids as conscious co-creators.
There has also always been a natural healer in me. I truly find joy and purpose in helping others, sometimes to a fault. My first career was in the medical field as a nurse, but it was an mismatch. Shifting into massage therapy allowed me to continue that path of healing in a way that honored my gifts—working with energy, touch, and presence to help others release and restore.
At the heart of it all is one mission: to help others—especially women and children—return to their personal truth, honor their emotions, and manifest from a place of authenticity rather than expectation. Which ultimately is me helping myself to remember to return to my truth over and over. My work is about creating space for others to glow from the inside out, because I’ve learned that when we choose what genuinely feels good for us—day to day, moment to moment—life itself starts to respond.
So while my journey started energetically, or you could say spiritually, I’m now in the exciting stage of watching it take form physically—through The Energetic Glow Up LLC, my podcasts, my books, my practice, and the communities I get to touch.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like many journeys, mine hasn’t been without challenges. My biggest has been remembering who I am—staying true to myself and not falling back into old people-pleasing ways or living for others. It’s an ongoing practice of coming back to my truth over and over again.
Another challenge has been building my vision while parenting full-time. There are moments where I feel like I should be doing more, while at the same time already doing too much. That tension between wanting to create, nurture, and expand while also being present for my family is very real.
A big obstacle along the way has been choosing for myself, even when it meant disappointing others. Stepping away from my first career in nursing was one of those moments. There was a huge push from those around me to stay in the field and return to school to climb the nursing ladder. I even invested thousands of dollars in an at-home nursing program with in-person clinicals, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t for me. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to help people—it’s that the way I was helping didn’t align with my energy or my truth.
More recently, my decision to end a 16-year relationship became another pivotal shift. Walking away was difficult, especially because it went against expectations, but those choices freed me to live a life that reflects my own energy—untangled and untainted by the wants and needs of others.
And, of course, I’ve been on this journey largely without outside support or true understanding. It takes time to find your people but thankfully I have solid support from close friends and family – I’m still attracting my people, a mentor, or someone consistently speaking into me. While I deeply believe in myself and have been reparenting my inner child, there is nothing like having yourself reflected back to you. That reflection—that sense of being seen—is still a piece of the puzzle that I’m manifesting into my reality.
But these challenges are also what fuel my work. They remind me that this path I’m on — It’s about honesty, self-trust, and persistence. Every time I choose myself, even in small ways, I create space for others to do the same.
As you know, we’re big fans of The Energetic Glow Up Podcast. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The truth is—I am my business, and my healing is at the heart of everything I do. Every part of what I create is an extension of my own journey back to authenticity, which is why my work takes on different expressions:
Podcasting (The Energetic Glow Up and Parenting With Vibes) is where I reclaim my voice and speak truth in a way that connects soul-to-soul.
Authoring children’s books under my Law of Attraction Mama brand comes from the nurturer in me who wants kids to grow up knowing they are powerful creators.
Massage therapy reflects my desire to blend the physical with the energetic aspects of ourselves.
Teaching manifestation and authenticity is about sharing my journey while guiding women (and myself) to unapologetically choose what feels good—whether that looks like starting a new path, speaking their truth, or yes, wearing the teeny bikini and posting it without shame.
What sets me apart is that my brand isn’t built on a façade—it’s built on real-time living. I don’t just teach authenticity, I live it, even when it’s messy or unconventional. I’m most proud that my brand reflects freedom, emotional honesty, and the acknowledgement of the benefit of designing a life that supports your vibration.
To me, it’s about energetic sovereignty—holding and stabilizing your own energy regardless of what is happening around you. It’s being in control of the life you create.
Even the photos I share are a part of my healing and my brand. For a long time, I was terrified to take or post selfies, to wear the bikini, or to take up space online for fear of judgment. I played small in the name of being “humble,” when really I was afraid I wouldn’t be liked. People judged anyway. Choosing to take and share photos of myself now is a holy act to me—a reflection of self-love, self-acceptance, and choosing my inner child over people-pleasing. It may look like vanity on the surface, but for me, it’s proof of healing and a reminder that my life finally feels like it belongs to me.
At the same time, I don’t take myself too seriously. I like to think of myself as a rebel with a cause—but in a personal way, because what’s rebellious for me might not be for someone else. For me, rebellion has looked like choosing myself after years of self sacrifice, posting the photo I once felt too afraid to share, or walking away from the life everyone thought I should want. It’s messy and it’s beautiful, and I embrace that balance of freedom, silliness, and purpose. That’s part of my glow, and I hope it gives others permission to define what their own version of rebellion and authenticity looks like.
I want readers to know that The Energetic Glow Up isn’t just about looking polished on the outside—it’s about shifting your energy, remembering who you are, and creating a life that truly feels good. Whether through The Energetic Glow Up Podcast, my Law of Attraction Mama children’s books, or the Parenting With Vibes Podcast, my intention is always the same: to help others return to their truth and manifest the life they were designed for.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Yes, I would definitely say I’m a risk-taker. The biggest risk I’ve ever taken was leaving a stable 16-year relationship. On paper, it looked like I had everything people told me I should want, and walking away seemed unthinkable. To many, it looked like I was throwing away “the dream.”
But inside, I knew the bigger risk would be abandoning myself—my inner child once more, as I had done my entire life. Instead, I trusted that I was being guided, even though the path ahead wasn’t fully clear. It was a bold move as a woman in her 30s to choose to begin again, but I also knew I couldn’t live a life that wasn’t truly mine.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve had to embrace is being okay with being misunderstood. When you walk away from the life that looks perfect to everyone else, people will project, question, or judge. Some are determined to misunderstand you, no matter what you say. I’m learning that my responsibility isn’t to make sense to everyone—it’s to make sense to myself. On the other hand many women were placed on my path who deeply resonated with my journey. Confirmation from the Universe to support me on my path!
That decision changed everything. It taught me that risk isn’t about recklessness—it’s about faith, self-trust, and the courage to choose truth over comfort. Every big move I’ve made since then, has been rooted in that same choice: trusting myself enough to leap, looking my inner child in the eyes, and vowing to never choose another’s expectations over her.
For me, risk has become a part of manifestation. Each time I leap, I expand what’s possible for my life. And when I choose what’s right for me—for my highest self—it naturally benefits those around me, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else.
