Today we’d like to introduce you to Kurt Justice.

Hi Kurt, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story is unique in the sense that I wasn’t considering launching a real estate photography business, actually the farthest thing from my mind.

A dear friend and business partner who happens to own his own real estate company often shared the many challenges and the disappointment of the lack of quality of delivering a quality product.

He then said I know you have a good eye and own cameras and a drone. Have you considered launching a real estate photography business? The obvious answer was no. However, there was something different about our conversation this time: I told him to give me a few weeks and I’ll get back to him.

Me being me, I discussed it over with my wife, did my due diligence, weighed the pros and cons, and reached that I’d move forward.

After confirming with my business partner, I told him several weeks were needed to setup the business properly.

The journey included coming up with a business name, registration, tax ID, banking, capital, upgrading gear, editing software, logo, colors, website, company shirts, and business cards.

I’m now in a great position to service Cobb County and the greater Atlanta metro area.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Launching a new business is not easy. There are definitely pitfalls that you encounter but the learning from that experience improves the business immensely.

For example, something as simple as forgetting to remove the memory cards from the iMac after editing photos and arriving at client’s property only to discover you forgot the memory cards. I now have a checklist to follow.

Another example is allowing clients to distract you while shooting. You later realize you missed a room and have to return to the client’s property and reshoot what was missed. I now layout the shoot in advance to ensure nothing is overlooked and the shoot is 100% completed.

To provide brokers and realtors with high-quality photographs so they can promote their customers’ properties, boost showings, and shorten days on market.

To service brokers and realtors with quality photography to market for their clients, increase number of showings and reduces the number of days on the market.

My experience relocating multiple times has provided me valuable insights as both a buyer and seller, allowing me to approach each project with a meticulous eye for detail.

What began as a passion for photography has developed into a dedicated business, and my clients appreciate the professionalism and enthusiasm I bring to every shoot.

I am committed to delivering high-quality images that showcases unique essence of each property.
