Meet Tim Visconti of FM

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tim Visconti.

Hi Tim, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Founder and CEO of Visconti Ventures, the holding and investment company proud to partner and accelerate brands such as PeopleLift, FM, and SporeLogic.

His career began in Talent Operations and workforce strategy. He leveraged this experience to found and grow PeopleLift into an award-winning Management Consulting and Staffing Firm.

Today, Tim leads a portfolio dedicated to helping businesses embrace AI with the core mission of elevating human potential.

In addition to his business ventures, Tim is actively involved in the Fayette County community, supporting local economic development initiatives, mentoring entrepreneurs, and participating in leadership programs.

A father of two, Tim when not chasing two toddlers around, enjoys early mornings at the gym, pretending to improve at golf, and traveling around the world

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In both worlds, corporate and ownership, I’ve experienced a wide variety. Multiple recessions, a pandemic, partnership changes and multiple pivots. Each time we’ve improved/grown. On the corporate side, I was laid off, ‘downsized’ and even fired. Each of those lessons I carry with me.

As you know, we’re big fans of FM . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
FM reinvents business through the power of custom software and AI.

In an age where technology threatens to constrain rather than liberate, we stand for something different. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of both technology and humanity, creating a future where businesses can truly evolve at the speed of imagination.

Specifically we build custom AI workshops, workflows(automations) and software for the small to midsized organization where custom software was always just out of reach. No longer.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
That I’m an introvert by nature but because of being thrown into a full sales role coming out of college, I learned/adapted. Essentially, I am proof that we can all change, even core attributes of ourselves if we work hard enough.
