Sourced. was born in 2016 from a vision, shared by mother-daughter duo Chrissy Strohmeyer and Gabrielle Mills. Their desire has been to alleviate business owners of the burdens of back-office operations. After speaking with business owners from across Georgia, they evaluated what support they needed most and the company’s five services – accounting, administrative support, human resources, marketing, and talent acquisition – were meticulously designed from their feedback. Led by their company values, every service is provided on the principle of “God’s work,” aiming to serve with integrity and excellence.

Nine years later, Sourced. continues to provide fractional and full-time back office services to business owners and entrepreneurs with the aim to make running a business smoother and giving them peace of mind. Sourced. does this by holding firm to the Sourced. core values that are engrained into the fabric of our business practices. With team members who also personally hold these values, Sourced. is committed to:

Gives Back is our outreach program, where we provide regular opportunities to our employees and contractors to go on various volunteer opportunities, ranging from folding clothes for foster kids to passing out lunches for the homeless. Additionally, through this program, each quarter, our team members come together to nominate charities close to their hearts and from this pool, we select three organizations to support with financial contributions. As a token of our appreciation for the community and our employees’ philanthropic spirit, Sourced. proudly donates 10% of our quarterly profits to these deserving charities.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Sourced.’s journey has certainly not been a smooth or simple road – after all, no successful business ever is. Our company’s story began in the basement of co-founder, CEO, and Co-Owner Chrissy Strohmeyer’s home, taking on our very first client, who desperately needed help organizing legal boxes full of disorganized receipts.

While the business has since grown exponentially since then, scaling up has involved significant growing pains over the years. We constantly faced the challenge of balancing the need to offer the most responsive, customizable services to our clients while simultaneously building and maintaining clear, repeatable internal processes.

Today, Sourced. is able to provide the very best business services to our clients because we are a growing business ourselves. We have the hard-won experience needed to genuinely understand, anticipate, and solve the real-world challenges facing other growing companies.

We aim to make running a business smoother for our business owner clients, by taking care of these back office needs and giving them peace of mind.

Essentially, Sourced. is known for providing excellent service in the areas of business that business owners or entrepreneurs either don’t have time to tackle or just plainly don’t want to do. After all, our clients are not accountants or marketing experts. They want to work on growing their business and what they love to do – not having to worry if their books are cleaned or if the latest social media post is gaining traction.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
The strength of Sourced. is rooted in the drive and history of co-owners, Chrissy Strohmeyer, CEO, and Gabrielle Mills, President. Both Chrissy and Gabrielle have always been unified in a fundamental, shared passion for helping other people and pursuing a mission bigger than just themselves.

Chrissy previously excelled as a top executive and comes from a family steeped in entrepreneurship. That inherent, innovative spirit meant her drive for building and growing businesses has always present.

Gabrielle, meanwhile, was established in the world of corporate America, but recognizing the potential for greater impact, she eventually left that life behind to fully dedicate herself to the mission of Sourced.
