Meet Hanna Nguyen of Alpharetta and Tucker

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hanna Nguyen.

Hi Hanna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We started our first built out salon Trio Nails down at Tucker, Ga back in 2019. The process to construct the salon was to be completely by Spring of 2020. Covid happened it moved our first Opening to October 2020. Trio Nails was established by three late 30s women. The business grew within 2 years to over 10 techs. Along the way thanks to our amazing staffs! We finally saw an opportunity February 2025 an investment we thought would be a great addition to our portfolio Lux Nails at the Avalon. We’re excited to acquired such an amazing salon in the Alpharetta area. We love the people the atmosphere that the salon come with.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The struggle we went through was when Covid happened it stopped our construction. It took weeks and month to get products to come through and permits took longer due people being out of the office.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialized in nail enhancements such as Gel x , gel builder , acrylic, sns, etc. We also have different pedicures and manicures packages. In addition we do waxing, lashes, and body massages.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Our vision was clear even with Covid we still took our chances. We were determined. We work hard day in and out building one team member at a time until we were able to release ourselves out by being a tech.
