Hi James, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The business started on May 11, 2025 with a desire to encourage people to be better in life. This starts with having a close relationship with Jesus Christ and applying his teachings to our daily lives. The method I chose to encourage people is through messages on sport shirts. Each shirt contains a phrase that addresses the importance of family, political responsibilities, self identifying…etc. To make sure that the message gets across to the buyer, each shirt purchased comes with a letter explaining the meaning of the shirt.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say the biggest challenges for me were 1) putting together a marketing plan on how I was going to sell my products and 2) creating a simple but informative website

James Custom Prints creates sport shirts that encourages people to be better in life. The business started on May 11, 2025. As the owner, I work to put phrases on shirts that I can relate back to the Word of God. The added touch that sets me apart from others is that each shirt purchased comes with a letter explaining the meaning of the shirt. The thing I’m most proud of brand wise is that its a true replica of what I stand for. The thing I want most from people who purchase the shirt is to take an assessment of their lives and look for ways to make improvements to be a better person.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My mother inspired me throughout my life. She was a God fearing woman who showed me what Faith in action looks like. She taught me how to love and do for others.
My father taught me how to be responsible and have empathy toward others.
My older brother, other family members and friends have always been there to help me when needed
