Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianney Molina.
Hi Bianney, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hi, my name is Bianney, and I am an energy healer.
I focus on somatic practices that help clients learn self-healing techniques — especially when they’re seeking natural ways to reconnect with their bodies and take back control of their lives.
My journey began in college, during a time when I often relied on external validation to feel safe in my own decisions and body. Through movement, I discovered a powerful way to calm my anxiety and release stress like nothing else. With a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the human body and its incredible ability to heal itself.
After exploring many different therapies, I found myself always coming back to movement. That’s where I discovered somatic healing, EFT tapping, and movement as medicine. I’ve always been a creative person, and movement has given me a healthy outlet for my racing thoughts.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the “rat race.” Somatic practices help us slow down and become more present in the moment. I was never great at sitting still and meditating, so movement-based healing became the perfect way for me to release tension. It’s also a great approach for those with ADHD who may find it difficult to sit still while trying to focus.
Staying true to my love of movement, I became a Zumba instructor and a choreographer for bridal parties and other special events. More recently, I was blessed to publish my first children’s book through VMH Publishing.
As a mom of two little ones, I believe it’s so important to teach children self-love, healthy self-talk, and the value of movement in their daily lives. My book centers on the theme of gratefulness and gently touches on bullying, encouraging kids to embrace kindness and confidence — especially during school years, when the pressures to “fit in” or “be the best” often begin.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
That’s an interesting question!
I would definitely say I’ve had my fair share of struggles throughout life. I started working at 15, right around the time my parents divorced. I felt a strong sense of responsibility to help my mom after my dad left. Even though I had just gotten my learner’s permit, I would ride my bike to work as a hostess — always excited and grateful for each new challenge that came my way.
I’ve always viewed challenges as opportunities to grow rather than reasons to worry or feel defeated. That mindset has motivated me to keep improving in every area of my life.
High school looked a little different for me than it did for most, but I was fortunate to have a strong mother who showed me, by example, how to persevere and thrive through adversity.
During my third year of college, I found out I was expecting my first child! It was an unexpected twist in my journey, but I’m endlessly grateful for my son — he truly was a blessing. Although I took a year and a half off, I still graduated with my degree, and that experience taught me resilience and balance in a whole new way.
That period also marked the beginning of my somatic healing journey. After experiencing postpartum depression, I realized just how powerful movement, self-awareness, and emotional regulation could be. It’s something far more common than many people admit, and I was able to navigate it with the love and support of my family and husband.
Today, I’m deeply grateful for every challenge and every “bump in the road.” Without them, I wouldn’t be the person I am — stronger, more grounded, and more passionate about helping others heal. 😊
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
In my personal life, I love to express myself creatively. I teach somatic healing dance classes at local holistic shops and have been promoting my children’s book, which has been such a fulfilling experience.
For most of the week, I work in the construction industry, a field I’ve been part of since 2017 — and I absolutely love it. I currently serve as the Social Media Manager and Customer Success Officer for the company. In my role, I help ensure that clients feel confident in their selections while also managing marketing and social media initiatives. I’m often recognized for my creativity — not just in how I solve problems, but in how I connect with audiences in meaningful and strategic ways.
Of everything I do, though, what I’m most proud of are my two children. They’re confident, curious, and constantly inspire me to slow down and appreciate life’s little moments. Every day, they teach me something new about myself — whether it’s patience or seeing the world through their innocent, thoughtful questions.
I think what sets me apart from others is my many creative pursuits. I’ve never really fit into one “niche,” and I actually love that about myself. I thrive on challenges and enjoy exploring new outlets for creativity — whether it’s producing a podcast, working in construction, or teaching somatic self-healing practices. It might sound like a random mix, but it’s exactly what makes me, me.
How do you think about happiness?
This really is the question of the universe — and I wish there were a simple answer! What truly makes me happy is being able to create a safe space for my family, my friends, and anyone who needs healing.
Whether it’s through a meaningful conversation, a few lighthearted jokes, or a deep heart-to-heart talk, I find so much joy in being present for others. Seeing people find their own authentic happiness and peace — in whatever way that looks for them — genuinely fills me up.
