Hi Quay, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Born in LaGrange, GA (May 5th 1991) I was raised by my grandmother who was and still is my biggest hero! Watching my grandmother make an impact in the community and lives of so many; I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to becoming a SERVANT over all things! I realized at an early age that; my life was not about me, but it is to be a testimony and positive light for others! Back in 2009, I discovered a gift that I never knew existed and that gift was; being an “ENCOURAGER!” Through Motivational Speaking, Emceeing, and Community Service I am able to uplift those around me every single day!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not been easy while trying to navigate through this life.
-I lost my grandmother, grandfather, and father in less than a year back in 2011. It felt like blow after blow losing those who loved me unconditionally and supported me to no ends.
-I’ve been doubted of my abilities to achieve great things by those close to me.
-I’ve been denied certain opportunities
The list goes on and on, but the challenges and obstacles have only made me stronger by the grace of God!

-City Councilman for The City of LaGrange, GA
-Radio Personality for Eagle 102.3 fm out of LaGrange, GA
-Motivational Speaker since 2009
-Property Inspector since 2019
-I am known for being “The Most Encouraging Man That You Will Ever Meet!”
-What sets me apart?
I take pride in making sure everyone around me is uplifted, happy, and in good spirits.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
-You have to make sure you are being visible in the field you want to thrive in!
-Make sure you are going to events, mixers, and social events to rub elbows with professionals!
-Put who you are and what you do on the frontline (Name Tags, QR Code to your Website, Promotional Material like T-shirts etc)
