Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Frost.
Hi Andrew, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been passionate about human performance and helping people move better. Growing up in Atlanta, I was constantly active playing sports, hiking, skateboarding and I learned early on how much movement impacts not just performance, but overall quality of life. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from BYU–Idaho and went on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University, graduating magna cum laude.
Early on in my career, I had the opportunity to work with athletes from all levels, from weekend warriors to elite professionals, and that’s where I saw a gap in care. Too many people were being told to stop doing the activities they loved instead of being shown how to move better and stay active long-term. I wanted to change that.
When I started my practice, my goal wasn’t just to treat pain, but to help people truly understand their bodies, restore movement, and build resilience so they could keep doing what they love for years to come. I approach every patient by meeting them where they are and empowering them with the tools to take ownership of their health.
Today, my focus is on bridging the gap between rehab and longevity. Whether someone is recovering from an injury or just wants to move better and age stronger, my mission is the same, help them move well, feel strong, and live fully
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but that’s been part of what’s made the journey meaningful. From the beginning, I knew I didn’t want to practice as a traditional chiropractor. My focus has always been on movement, performance, and long-term results rather than just short-term pain relief.
One of the biggest challenges has been helping people understand that a chiropractic adjustment is just one tool in the toolbox. It’s valuable, but it’s not the whole picture. The real progress happens when we combine manual therapy, movement rehab, and strength work to retrain the body and create lasting change. Early on, I had to educate patients who were used to the quick-fix model and show them that my approach was different, that it’s about restoring how the body moves so they can stay active for life.
On a personal level, one of the hardest parts has been learning to balance family life with running and growing a business. Starting a practice takes a lot of time, energy, and sacrifice, and there were plenty of moments where I felt pulled in every direction, trying to be the best chiropractor, husband, and dad all at once. I’m incredibly grateful for my wife’s support through it all. She’s been my anchor and the reason I’ve been able to chase this vision while still keeping what really matters most, family, at the center of it all.
As you know, we’re big fans of MVMNT Rehab. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My practice is built around a simple idea, you can’t move what you can’t move. We specialize in helping active adults restore movement, build strength, and stay doing what they love for life. Rather than focusing only on pain relief, our approach bridges the gap between rehab and performance. We blend chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and movement-based rehab to not only get people out of pain, but also teach them how to move better and prevent issues from coming back.
What sets us apart is that we don’t just chase symptoms, we look for the ‘why’ behind them. A tight hip or stiff back is rarely the real problem; it’s usually the result of how the body is moving (or not moving). Our goal is to help people uncover those limitations and build a plan to fix them, so they can move confidently and stay active long-term.
We’ve worked with everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors to people who just want to keep up with their kids without pain. What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is that we’ve created a space where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Where performance and health aren’t just for the elite, but for anyone who wants to feel and function their best.
At the end of the day, our mission is simple: help people move well, feel strong, and live fully, for the long haul.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that true progress, whether in health, business, or life, takes consistency and patience. Early in my career, I wanted to help everyone feel better fast, but I quickly realized lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes. It comes from helping people understand their bodies, commit to the process, and make small, consistent improvements over time.
That same lesson has applied to running a business and raising a family. There are no shortcuts, just showing up every day, putting in the work, and staying focused on what matters most. It’s taught me to value the long game, to celebrate progress instead of perfection, and to meet people where they are.
In both my personal and professional life, I’ve learned that the most meaningful impact comes when you slow down enough to listen, connect, and guide people through the process, not just the outcome.
