Check Out Caroline Barrow’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Barrow.

Caroline, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Caroline Barrow aka Cazzy Bee

Caroline Barrow—widely known as Cazzy Bee—is a British-born, Guyanese-rooted creative powerhouse currently based in Atlanta, GA. Raised between Guyana and London, she developed a deep love for Caribbean culture, global travel, and the joy of storytelling. Her passion for food, music, Carnival, and community shines through everything she does.

A former model and crowned Ms. Guyana UK 1997, Caroline began her journey in entertainment with magazine features, runway shows, and pageantry. She quickly evolved into a cultural ambassador, promoting Guyana and Caribbean heritage across platforms and continents. With five continents under her belt, she encourages everyone to “get a passport and explore the world beyond social media,” believing that travel is the key to understanding and unity.

Now a respected leader in the travel industry, Caroline supports global business travelers while continuing to uplift her community through events, advocacy, and media. She is the curator, executive producer, and host of The Promo Show with Cazzy Bee—a visual podcast launched during the 2020 pandemic to spotlight small businesses. Now in its fifth season, the show features global influencers, changemakers, artists, and advocates, celebrating Caribbean contributions and inspiring cultural pride.

Caroline also works in Atlanta’s thriving film and TV scene as a background actor and stand-in, adding another layer to her creative journey. Whether she’s hosting, interviewing, producing, or promoting, her mission is clear: to spread joy, build bridges, and empower others to embrace their roots and make a difference.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Life is full of obstacles, and I’ve faced my share—especially as a single mom. There were countless days spent juggling school drop-offs, daycare pickups, extracurricular activities, work commitments, and still finding time to cook, clean, and keep the household running. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me the power of resilience and the importance of staying organized.

That’s where my project management skills truly came to life. I’m a Capricorn through and through—focused, driven, and always two steps ahead. Even now, I continue to challenge myself. Because when you’re passionate about something, and you commit to your vision with focus and intention, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.

You are a rock star. Believe that. Block out the noise, stay rooted in positivity, and walk away from anything that no longer serves your growth or purpose. Trust that God will align everything you need. What’s meant for you will always find its way to you.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Global Travel Consultant dedicated to helping corporate clients navigate their travel needs across the world with precision and care. I’m also a licensed Realtor in Georgia, passionate about guiding all clients—especially first-time buyers—through the homeownership journey and helping them confidently step onto the property ladder.

At heart, I’m a people advocate. Fairness, clarity, and integrity are my guiding principles. I thrive on connection—it could be networking across cultures, embracing new styles, or simply sharing stories. I’m a true busy bee: hosting my weekly podcast The Promo Show with Cazzy Bee, making appearances in Atlanta’s film and TV scene, and staying active in community events.

My greatest pride are my children. Jasmine, my fellow Capricorn, is smart and mirrors my independence and love for media and journalism. My son Noah, now a high school junior, is a brilliant academic and a charismatic athlete—an AB student in advanced classes with a natural gift for basketball and leadership.

What sets me apart is my mindset. I don’t wait—I act. I stopped crying over spilled milk long ago. Entering my 50s brought clarity: I’ve learned to accept what is, release what isn’t, and stop expecting “me” from others. I live by the mantra “let them”—as protecting my peace and avoiding unnecessary stress is important. I focus on what matters, stay true to my purpose, and keep moving forward.

What were you like growing up?
From a young age, I was a high-achiever—an academic standout and straight-A student who excelled in economics, finance, math, and creativity. My passions extended beyond the classroom: I sewed, did embroidery, played piano, danced ballet, and played netball. I’ve always taken pride in my independence, which led me to start working at just 15 while still in school.

I earned my BA Honors in Business Management from West London University and quickly stepped into the corporate world, landing my first role in the travel industry with American Airlines. That opportunity opened the door to global travel, often in first and business class, and deepened my love for international cultures and professional excellence.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained a loyal, hardworking, and dedicated professional. But beyond titles and achievements, I’m someone my family and friends can always rely on. I bring encouragement, positivity, and purpose to every room I enter—lifting others up and inspiring them to pursue their goals with confidence and clarity.
