Today we’d like to introduce you to Lexous Knox.

Lexous Knox

Lexous, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Nature has always been a big part of my personal lifestyle, and flowers like most people, have always been something that occasionally showed up in my life. I grew a deeper relationship with flowers within the same time of experiencing motherhood for the first time. This was in the year 2023. I believe in the law of attraction, which brings me to believe that because I was existing in the vibration of pure love through motherhood, I was in perfect resonance with the same frequency of flowers. I knew that working with flowers was my calling and I decided to commit to a deeper personal relationship with flowers while making it my profession.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I was still living at my parent’s house at the time I started my journey with flowers. I was working a 9-5 job while also perusing my passion. While I was building my skills, brand, and knowledge with flowers, I invested in a greenhouse to give me an opportunity to grow flowers and plants from seed . I knew by doing this, it would build a stronger connection between plant life and I . I grew many different flowers from seed and would create bouquets in my greenhouse . While actively promoting my brand and interest of flowers through social media, I wasn’t receiving any sales for the fist 2 years. I would create lots of free bouquets for family/friends in exchange for free promo. Because this is my passion , it didn’t feel like a loss . It wasn’t until earlier of this year (2025) when I started to receive profit for my creations .Earlier this year, I moved out of my parent’s home and started to run my business from inside of my apartment. I collaborated with 2 different companies and was able to gain profitable contracts. Everything was still a process. I gradually invested in flower supplies, equipment, etc. I was learning the flower business (and still am), juggling my 9-5, investing time & passion into my business, while also being a stay at home mom. It got to a point where I had to rely on faith with pursuing my business full time and quitting my 9-5. It was a big deal for me because I’ve never betted on myself in such a way where I put total trust in God. I just knew that I was choosing my happiness and freedom over fear.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am an entrepreneur/florist that specializes in creating garden styled flower bouquets. I’m known for merging floristry, wellness, and conscious living into one brand — where beauty isn’t just seen, it’s felt. Moonflower stands apart because it represents a lifestyle — one where nature is not a luxury, but a daily source of serenity, beauty, and empowerment. I explore a more deeper meaning to flower and plants by expressing their true energetic essence to be a spiritual healer rather than just an aesthetic. Being surrounded by flowers is a spiritually uplifting experience. Flowers and plants hold divine pure energy helping us heal. One of the things I’m most proud of is how Moonflower has grown while staying true to its soul. I spent the first two years of my journey gifting bouquets for free — simply to spread joy, refine my craft, and build genuine connection. Working with plant life is my deepest joy. My work reminds people that they are always growing, always blooming, and always connected to something greater. It reminds people that flowers aren’t just flowers, they’re frequency .

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is living in harmony with purpose — creating beauty that truly impacts how people feel, and helping others reconnect with the healing rhythm of nature. Flowers have taught me that everything grows at its own pace, and that softness can still be powerful. When people experience my work, I want them to feel seen, supported, and reminded that they deserve peace.
