Hi Nisa, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Started out during beauty school, my passion for hair styling started to dwindle as I was getting less and less interested all the struggle being a beauty advisor came with including lack of pay forced me to dive into other ventures. Then waxing fell in my lap many years ago and I have not looked back since.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Work life balance became an issue, late night phone calls from my bosses/managers, and work slowing became more and more abnormal. Some might say traumatic and downright abusive. I was slowing becoming burnt out while waxing as well, if though it made me so happy, people once again were getting in the way of that.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
LWS is a fullbody sugar waxing and spray tanning company that specializes in organic and cruelty free products. We are known for our judgment free environment and gentle touch while specializing in the least painful Brazilian wax in town. We’d like for everyone locally to experience limoncello wax studio at least once, as each visit is curated per person and their individual need. This is what sets us apart.
