Today we’d like to introduce you to Chloe Foster.
Hi Chloe, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My Journey to Healing — and How It Sparked JuiceNTime
It all began at the age of 24, when I started to notice how unhealthy I had begun to look and feel. When you’re confident and enjoying life, not many people will point out that you’ve gained weight or that you might not be taking the best care of yourself. But I started to see it. My skin looked dull, my face was fuller, and I no longer felt comfortable in my clothes. Nothing about my reflection felt like me anymore.
At first, I wondered why no one ever told me I was gaining weight. Maybe I would have taken it personally, but deep down, I would’ve appreciated the honesty. Even though I knew I had gained, I didn’t truly begin my journey until I went through a tragic experience in my life — one that sent me into a very dark place.
I felt lost. I was stressed, anxious, and depressed. Food became my comfort. I would eat not because I was hungry, but because I didn’t know what else to turn to. I’d spend entire days in my room, replaying moments in my head, wishing I could change them.
If you’ve ever battled depression, please know you’re not alone. I am one of those people. I never thought it could happen to me until it did. Depression shows up in different forms — sometimes it’s not tears, but isolation. Maybe you’ve had those days where you stay inside, binge-watch your favorite comfort shows, and tell yourself you’re just “tired.” That was me. I didn’t realize that was also depression.
One day, I simply got tired of being tired. I told myself, “Enough.” I decided to go for a walk — just ten minutes at first. Then twenty. Then thirty. Before I knew it, I was walking over 30,000 steps a day. Eventually, I started using the weights and treadmill in my parents’ basement. Every morning, I woke up, put on my workout clothes, and showed up for myself. Even on days I didn’t feel like it, I reminded myself that no one could change my life but me.
I started small — 10 to 15 minutes a day — and slowly built up my endurance. I began watching fitness videos for motivation and learning new techniques to challenge myself. After a few weeks, I started to see results, and that changed everything. I fell in love with my body again — not because it was perfect, but because it was healing.
When I finally stepped on the scale, I weighed 198 pounds — the heaviest I’d ever been. But instead of shame, I felt determination. I knew I had work to do, and I was ready for it. I started embracing every bit of my journey, because seeing those small changes kept me encouraged.
As I continued, I became passionate about cooking clean meals. I filled my plate with color — fruits, vegetables, and whole, nourishing foods. I stopped eating out completely. For nearly two years, I gave up meat and alcohol. Removing those things from my life made everything feel lighter — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I realized that many of the habits holding me back weren’t just about food — they were about my lifestyle. My environment, my circle, even the energy I allowed around me. Some people I loved were also part of the weight I carried. When I finally let go of toxic connections, I began to see what God had been trying to show me all along.
God never left me — He was just waiting for me to let Him in. And once I did, everything started to change.
The glow people began to see on the outside was the reflection of peace I was finding within. I wasn’t just losing weight; I was gaining clarity, strength, and self-love.
And that’s when my next chapter began.
As I fell in love with taking care of myself — mind, body, and spirit — I discovered how much I enjoyed creating healthy, colorful meals and drinks that made me feel alive again. What started as blending fruits and vegetables in my kitchen became a form of therapy — a way of nourishing my body from the inside out. That’s when the vision for JuiceNTime was born.
I wanted to share that same feeling of renewal with others — that glow that comes from healing within. Every bottle I create is made with intention, purpose, and love. It’s more than just juice — it’s a reminder to slow down, take time for yourself, and pour back into your own cup.
Launching JuiceNTime became one of the most beautiful extensions of my journey — a way to inspire others to care for their wellness the same way I learned to care for mine. My hope is that when people taste my juices, they not only feel refreshed, but also encouraged to choose themselves, to heal, and to embrace their own transformation — one sip at a time.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but every challenge has shaped me into the woman I am today. My biggest struggles started long before my business even existed. I battled depression, self-doubt, and the pressure of trying to rediscover who I was after losing myself for so long. Learning to love myself again and rebuild my confidence took time, patience, and faith.
When I started my wellness journey, it wasn’t always easy to stay consistent. There were days I wanted to give up, moments where I felt like I wasn’t seeing progress fast enough, and times when I had to distance myself from people and environments that no longer supported my growth. That kind of emotional healing can be just as hard as physical change.
Then, when I launched JuiceNTime, a whole new set of challenges came. Learning how to run a business from the ground up — creating recipes, sourcing ingredients, designing packaging, managing orders — it was all new to me. But I believed in my purpose. I reminded myself that JuiceNTime was bigger than just juice; it was a reflection of my journey and a message to anyone going through hard times that you can always start over and turn your pain into purpose.
Every obstacle taught me resilience, patience, and trust in God’s timing — and that’s what keeps me going.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
JuiceNTime is more than a juice brand — it’s a lifestyle of healing, balance, and self-love. I started this business as an extension of my personal wellness journey after overcoming depression and transforming my health from the inside out. What began as blending fruits and vegetables in my kitchen became a way of pouring peace, purpose, and energy back into my life — and eventually into the lives of others.
My inspiration came from my own healing and from watching my father, a proud veteran, struggle with high blood pressure. Helping him make healthier changes showed me how powerful natural wellness can be, and that became the foundation of JuiceNTime. I never imagined that what started with me and my dad would lead to me serving other veterans and people dealing with similar health challenges. Knowing that my juices are helping others lower their blood pressure, increase their energy, and feel better from the inside out means everything to me.
At JuiceNTime, I create fresh, cold-pressed juices made with intentional ingredients that nourish the body and fuel the mind. Each bottle is crafted with love and purpose — it’s not just a product, it’s a message of hope and renewal. What sets JuiceNTime apart is the heart behind it. I’m proud to say this brand is touching lives, starting conversations about wellness, and showing people that healing truly begins from within.
Every sip is a reminder to slow down, care for yourself, and choose your health — because you deserve to feel good, whole, and alive.
Any big plans?
Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuing to grow JuiceNTime into more than just a wellness brand — I want it to be a movement that inspires people to live with purpose, peace, and balance. My heart is set on expanding within the community, creating spaces that encourage wellness, self-love, and connection in a fun and uplifting way.
I’m especially passionate about reaching the next generation — helping our youth understand the importance of taking care of their minds and bodies early on. I truly believe that wellness starts with education, and if I can plant that seed now, it can change lives later.
There are some exciting projects in the works that will bring people together around health, healing, and joy — and I can’t wait to share more soon. For now, I’m focused on continuing to build this foundation with intention and faith, trusting that every step I take is preparing me for something greater.
