Hi Ashley, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My path into this work was never about starting a business, it was a calling that revealed itself through my own healing. Years ago, I reached a point where life invited me to slow down and listen more deeply. What began as a personal journey to restore balance and understand my own energy slowly transformed into a path of service to others.
Reiki was my first doorway into this world. As I began working with energy, I realized how naturally it flowed through me, and how profoundly it could shift the emotional and spiritual bodies. Over time, sound became another language I could speak fluently, through crystal bowls, tuning forks, drums, and gongs. Each vibration became a way to move stagnant energy and awaken what’s been dormant.
As I continued to grow, I was introduced to the sacred Amazonian medicine of Hapé, a grounding snuff used to clear mental fog, align energy, and deepen connection to spirit. It became a powerful tool in both my personal practice and in guiding others toward presence and clarity of mind.
That path eventually led me to the medicine of Kambo, which deepened everything I knew about transformation, purification, and embodiment. Today, through Ashecension Studios, I offer a space for people to reconnect to themselves, to remember that healing isn’t something we chase; it’s something we allow.
For me, this isn’t about running a business, it’s about answering a sacred call to help others come home to their own light.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I don’t think it was meant to be. Every step of this path has been an initiation in its own way. Healing work asks you to embody what you offer, which means you walk through your own shadows before you can guide anyone else through theirs.
There were times when I had to pause completely, when my body or spirit asked me to sit in the fire and allow old versions of myself to burn away. I’ve had to let go of relationships, environments, and even belief systems that no longer resonated with who I was becoming. That process can feel isolating, but it’s also where clarity and strength are forged.
One of the greatest challenges has been learning to trust in GOD, divine timing, understanding that rest, stillness, and redirection are also forms of progress. Through it all, I’ve learned that every challenge was preparing me to hold deeper space for others. The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been sacred, and I wouldn’t change any part of it.

Ashecension Studios isn’t a business in the traditional sense, it’s a sacred healing practice and energetic sanctuary. It was born from the intention to help people reconnect to their own essence through energy, sound, and spirit. My work weaves together Energy Healing, Somatic Sound Therapy, Hapé sessions and Sacred Medicine facilitation, creating experiences that move beyond talk or theory and into deep energetic transformation.
Each session is unique and intuitively guided, combining crystal sound bowls, Fibonacci tuning forks, 432Hz and 528Hz frequencies, Tibetan gongs, shamanic drums, and other vibrational instruments to dissolve stagnation and restore harmony to the mind, body and spirit. I also facilitate Kambo, a sacred Amazonian medicine used for centuries by the Matses tribe to release Panema—the energetic heaviness that clouds the mind and spirit. My approach honors both the science of sound and the sacredness of ceremony.
What sets Ashecension Studios apart is the integration of somatic awareness with energetic and spiritual alchemy. It’s not about “performing” healing, it’s about helping people feel safe enough to release what no longer serves them and reconnect to their authentic power. Every session is a co-creation with Spirit, guided by intuition, breath, and vibration.

Every offering is rooted in intention, education, and respect for the lineages these modalities come from.
