Today we’d like to introduce you to Nelse Dumas Jr.

Hi Nelse, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Nelse Dumas Jr. well known as Nelse D. he’s a producer, artist, director, and filmmaker. He’s the CEO of entertainment company Unionmoney ENT & nonprofit Priceless Dreamz.

He creates his own original music, the most recent called “The Sweetest & Right.” Bentley Records, with whom he has partnered, is responsible for his distribution. It’s on all platforms going crazy.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
His struggle was the fact of everything he does and do in this business takes big money from his pockets. He’s thankful for his mom and grandma helping hand in also investing in his career til this day.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Nelse won 3rd place for Best Film Maker Pittsburgh City’s Paper last year 2024. 2021 he premiered his 1st theater independent release he had it played at Penn Hills Cinemas and Waterworks Luxury Cinemas. 2022 he had his other movie No Talking play at Waterworks Luxury Cinemas and Parkway Theater & Film Lounge. 2023 he had his other movie Unsung Birds play at Waterworks Luxury Cinemas and Parkway Theater & Film Lounge. 2024 he’s done a series called Off Man. 2025 he had a movie called Lucky Cuckoo and Phantasmagoria & Trepidation play at Parkway theater & Film lounge throughout this year 2025 along with releasing short films and music videos.
