Hi Ashley , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey started with a deep passion for both beauty and medicine. As a nurse practitioner, I’ve always loved helping people feel their best, but I realized early on that confidence and wellness often go hand in hand. That led me into aesthetic medicine, where I could combine my clinical background with artistry and creativity.

The Beauty NP began as a dream to create a medspa that felt different, somewhere approachable, fun, and empowering, where clients could feel like their best selves without the pressure or intimidation that sometimes comes with aesthetics.

I started small, building relationships one patient at a time, focusing on education, natural results, and genuine connection.
Over time, our team grew, our services expanded, and our community really embraced what we were doing. Today, The Beauty NP has become more than a medspa, it’s a place where women (and men!) come to feel seen, confident, and cared for. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so proud of how far we’ve come.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The biggest challenge has been keeping up with our rapid growth while also working full time as a Family Nurse Practitioner. For a long time, I was balancing both roles, pouring every bit of energy into patient care and then into building The Beauty NP after hours, all while raising our two boys.

It was exhausting at times, but my passion for this business kept me going. About six months ago, I finally took the leap to go full time with The Beauty NP, and it’s been the best decision, for me, for my team, and for our clients. Everything has really fallen into place since then.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
The Beauty NP is a medical spa that blends expertise, artistry, and authenticity. We specialize in injectables like Botox, Dysport, and Filler, along with advanced treatments such as facials, head spas, VI Peels, microneedling, and our exclusive memberships. Every service is designed to help clients look refreshed and natural, never overdone.

Our clients trust us because we take the time to educate, personalize every treatment, and make them feel completely at ease. What really sets us apart is our approach, we make aesthetics fun, approachable, and empowering. There’s no pressure, no judgment, just honest conversations and beautiful results.

I’m most proud of the community and confidence we’ve built around this brand. The Beauty NP isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good, too.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I think the aesthetics industry is moving strongly toward regenerative medicine, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. We’re starting to see a real shift from simply filling or freezing lines to actually stimulating the body’s own ability to restore and rejuvenate.

Treatments like biostimulators (such as Sculptra), PDGF (platelet derived growth factors), Wharton’s Jelly, and even stem-cell–based therapies are paving the way for more natural, long-lasting results. It’s all about supporting healthy skin and tissue at a cellular level rather than just treating surface concerns.

It’s such an exciting time to be in this field because the focus is becoming less about quick fixes and more about true rejuvenation and prevention. That’s exactly where The Beauty NP is headed, and I can’t wait to continue growing alongside that evolution.
