Today we’d like to introduce you to Angel Williams.

Hi Angel, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My Why
The inspiration behind this cookbook has been in my heart for years. It was always something I wanted to do something I even started working on a while ago. But life happened, and I ended up putting it on pause. For a long time, I didn’t revisit it until one day everything changed.
I was sitting in my living room listening to a sermon by Pastor Keion Henderson . He was preaching about how we often wait for the “perfect time” to pursue our dreams but the truth is, there is no perfect time. He said, you don’t need to be fully equipped to start you just need to start. You don’t have to wait until you have all the money, the support, or the answers. Just begin, and trust that everything else will fall into place . That message moved me. I got up that day and said, “You know what? I’m doing this.” And from that moment on, I didn’t stop until I finished . My greatest inspiration was my grandmother . She always knew how much I loved cooking. I used to tell her I wanted to do something big with it; Even when I didn’t know exactly what that “something” was. But deep down, I knew creating a cookbook was part of the vision. And now, by the grace of God, that vision has come to life. My cookbook is officially published and available on Amazon!
This book is more than just recipes it’s a vision fulfilled, a legacy honored, and a reminder that obedience and faith will always lead you to purpose.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Of course not there were definitely some struggles along the way. From figuring out how to put everything together, to moments of doubt and delay, it wasn’t always easy. But one thing I’ve learned is that God always makes a way. He gives you exactly what you need, when you need it the strength, the resources, and the right people at the right time. Every obstacle became a reminder that this journey wasn’t about perfection, it was about faith, obedience, and trusting His timing.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
By day, I serve as a Patient Access Representative III, where I help patients navigate the healthcare system with compassion and understanding. It’s a role that allows me to connect with people during some of their most vulnerable moments and make their experience a little smoother.

In the evenings, I shift gears into the kitchen cooking has always been one of my greatest passions. And by night, I pour my heart into sharing inspirational and spiritual messages meant to uplift and encourage others.

I’m best known for my cooking skills and my ability to bring comfort through both food and words. What I’m most proud of is being able to inspire people whether it’s through a warm meal, a kind word, or a message of faith and perseverance.

What truly sets me apart is my outlook on life. I have a gift for seeing the good through the bad and finding purpose even in tough situations. I believe in making the best out of whatever you have whether that’s ingredients in the kitchen or moments in life and turning it into something meaningful and beautiful

What are your plans for the future?
Looking ahead, I have a few exciting dreams in my heart. I plan to either create another cookbook or start turning my recipes into frozen dinners that can be purchased in stores making it easier for people to enjoy home-cooked, soulful meals no matter how busy life gets.

On a personal level, I’m looking forward to stepping into the next chapter of my life becoming a wife, building a family, and continuing to grow in the light that God has for me. Everything I do is guided by His plan, not my own. I trust that as I keep walking in faith, each step will lead me closer to the purpose He’s prepared for me.
