Hi Stefan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Stefan, I’m from Brazil, and I have over 20 years of experience in building and tuning performance engines for cars, specializing in 5 cc engines. I’ve owned a well-established company in Brazil for many years, with clients all over the country — many of them record-holding cars on drag racing tracks. In 2025, I opened a new company in Alpharetta, GA, aiming to expand my business.
It’s both challenging and exciting to start a new venture in a new country. It feels like starting from scratch, facing linguistic and cultural differences. But I’m optimistic about the future of my work and hope to become as well recognized here as I am in Brazil.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wasn’t an easy process. My work visa took almost five months to be approved, and I had to stay away from my family during that time. My wife was pregnant with our third child — in fact, my visa was approved the day our son was born — and I was only able to arrive ten days after his birth. On top of that, there were the linguistic and cultural challenges.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Booster Performance LLC ?
I have over 20 years of experience in building and tuning performance car engines, with extensive knowledge of German engines (Audi and Volkswagen). Many of my clients have held records in drag racing competitions, and we’ve had cars showcased at events.
In addition to being a mechanic, I’m also a drag racing driver. I also work with the installation and programming of electronic fuel injection systems, and I design and manufacture custom parts for engine adaptations.
What makes you happy?
Seeing my clients’ satisfaction brings me great happiness — and being able to provide a good quality of life for my family means a lot to me.
