NEFERTARI COUNCIL on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to NEFERTARI COUNCIL. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning NEFERTARI, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
I’m chasing alignment, the balance between creative purpose and visionary execution. Every project I take on now, from CBA Crime Files to my role as Brand Identity Architect for ZLIBS™, is rooted in building something that outlives trends.

If I ever stopped chasing that alignment, I think the noise of the world would take over, and I’d lose that deep sense of clarity that guides both my creativity and leadership.

I’m not chasing fame or perfection anymore. I’m chasing legacy and integrity. It’s about designing systems, stories, and visuals that protect, inform, and inspire. Whether it’s through storytelling that humanizes real crime narratives or crafting identity systems for post-quantum cybersecurity, I’m driven by the idea that every design, visual, or strategy can shift culture in some way.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Nefertari Council, Founder and Creative Director of CBA Media Group™ and Brand Identity Architect for ZLIBS™. My work lives at the crossroads of creativity, technology, and cultural storytelling.

Through CBA Media Group, I craft visual stories that inform, inspire, and connect. Our latest project, CBA Crime Files, reimagines the true-crime genre with cinematic storytelling and ethical reporting highlighting Georgia-based cases.

At ZLIBS, I translate complex cybersecurity concepts into brand systems that feel human and accessible, merging logic with design and innovation with emotion.

What makes my journey unique is how I bridge these worlds, storytelling and system design, through purpose and authenticity. My mission is to create experiences that inspire trust and leave a lasting creative and cultural impact.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that sought validation has served its purpose and has been released. For years, I measured my progress by external approval, grades, recognition, and opportunities. However, that mindset no longer serves the woman I’m becoming.

Now, I create from intention, not expectation. I’ve learned that true alignment doesn’t require applause; it requires authenticity. Letting go of that need has opened space for deeper creativity and fearless decision-making, especially in projects like CBA Crime Files and ZLIBS™, where vision matters more than visibility.

Releasing that version of myself allowed me to step fully into leadership with clarity and confidence. I no longer chase being seen; I focus on being understood through the work itself.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me resilience, patience, and the power of grace. These are lessons success could never offer. When everything is going well, it’s easy to move fast and overlook the deeper purpose behind your path. But in struggle, you’re forced to slow down, to listen, to rebuild from truth.

My most difficult seasons revealed what I’m really made of, not my titles, achievements, or creative output, but my capacity to transform pain into purpose. That perspective reshaped how I lead CBA Media Group™, produce CBA Crime Files, and build systems for ZLIBS™.

Suffering stripped away my ego and replaced it with empathy. It taught me that strength isn’t about endurance alone; it’s about still choosing love, vision, and integrity when nothing else is certain.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m deeply committed to building CBA Media Group™ and ZLIBS™ into legacy-driven platforms that redefine how creativity and technology serve people. These aren’t short-term projects, they’re long-term ecosystems rooted in ethics, innovation, and storytelling.

With CBA Media Group, my mission is to create media that informs and inspires without exploiting emotion. Projects like CBA Crime Files reflect that stories are told with empathy, depth, and cultural awareness.

With ZLIBS, the commitment runs just as deep to make cybersecurity human, accessible, and visually understandable.

No matter how long it takes, I’m devoted to shaping brands and systems that outlive me, work that protects, educates, and connects people across industries and generations. That’s the kind of legacy worth building slowly.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I understand that alignment is more powerful than ambition. Most people chase success through constant motion, but true progress happens when purpose and energy move in the same direction. I’ve learned that clarity attracts more than effort ever could.

In both media and tech, I’ve seen how easy it is to get lost in doing, producing, posting, and pitching, without pausing to ask why. Through CBA Media Group™, CBA Crime Files, and ZLIBS™, I’ve learned that sustainable success isn’t about pace; it’s about precision.

When you operate from alignment, every decision carries intention. You stop forcing opportunities and start attracting what’s meant for you. It’s not about working harder; it’s about working from truth.
