Meet Quincie Kinsey of Atlanta, GA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Quincie Kinsey.

Hi Quincie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started managing social media when I was 16, creating content for my mom’s businesses. Over the years, I taught myself strategy, branding, and consistency, and I’ve helped multiple brands grow—including Cute Pieces and ReJoyce. I’ve managed content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and blogs, built engagement, increased visibility, and learned how to create content that actually converts. Today, I manage multiple brands while working, being a mom, and building generational wealth for my family. Social media has always been my creative outlet, and it’s grown into something I’m truly passionate about

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Social media changes constantly—algorithms, trends, and even what audiences respond to. On top of that, I’ve had to balance work, motherhood, and school while still showing up consistently online. There were times I felt overwhelmed or had to completely shift my strategy. But every challenge pushed me to learn, adapt, and become better at what I do.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a social media manager who does it all. I create the concepts, model for the brand, take the photos, edit the content, write the captions, and manage the website. I specialize in building a full visual identity—everything from the look and feel of the brand to the strategy behind the posts. I’m known for my consistency, creativity, and the way I can bring a brand to life through storytelling. What I’m most proud of is doing all of this while working full-time, being a mom, and still growing multiple brands. What sets me apart is that I don’t just manage content—I produce it from start to finish, which gives my work a personal and authentic touch that people connect with.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I see social media becoming even more personal and community-driven. Brands won’t grow just by posting pretty content—they’ll need authenticity, storytelling, and creators who can connect with people on a real level. Short-form video will keep growing, AI tools will play a bigger role in content creation, and people will expect faster, more relatable content. I think the biggest shift will be brands relying more on everyday creators and in-house talent who can wear multiple hats and create content quickly. That’s exactly where my strengths are, so I’m excited for the direction the industry is heading.
