Today we’d like to introduce you to LEE A PATTERSON.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story started out once I graduated the University of Georgia. I started studying how the wealthy acquired most of the well. I came upon that most of the wealthy invested in real estate. At that time, I had a college teammate who was doing real estate and working for a developer so I decided to pick his brain during our workouts to see exactly how he got started. Once he gave me the frame how he got started, I implemented it into getting started, and then I started investing more into mentorship and applied applied. . Are the acquiring my first single family house and rented out by the room I was hooked and I was making half of my salary off of one house. After that, I purchased my first multi family complex and the rest has been history. Now I’ve created online course for aspiring entrepreneurs on how to get the credit fix get funded and invest in real estate. Also have a book coming out in December documenting the entire process while also teaching how I did it step-by-step. Now today I own properties across three states and internationally in Dubai. I’ve created systems to where my operation works without me and allows me to do the things that I truly enjoy in life, which is serve my community and spend time with my family.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been smooth because when you’re learning something new, you have to go through it to become great. In the beginning when I first start purchasing properties, I was getting them for a really great deals because I was having to have the deal with bad tenants. So I had to learn the process of evicting people and putting better people in. Also, I had to renovate places and had to go through a couple bad contractors before I found good ones. So those were some of my biggest struggles in the beginning when I first started my real estate journey.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
So what I do now is I acquire real estate and I specialize in teaching people how to do it using zero dollars of their own money. I’m known for showing people how to go step-by-step through the process. Most proud of the online platform that I have created on the Skool community platform. It allows me to reach so many people this way and also change their lives. This is what I’m most proud of being able to share the game and the knowledge that I have acquired over the last decade in Real Estate, funding, and Credit.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always a kid that was interested in knowing what was outside of my town and what the world had to offer. I didn’t participate in sports until I was in high school and quickly understood that that was my way out. I was interested in being an entrepreneur and figuring out how to make my family life easier.
