Conversations with Analy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Analy.

Hi Analy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey is a blend of international experience, a passion for storytelling, and a mission to make a meaningful impact. I started out in marketing and international business, which gave me a love for connecting across cultures and creating stories that resonate. But life added powerful chapters along the way.

When my daughter Julia was diagnosed with a rare liver disease and needed a liver transplant, I became her donor and later founded a nonprofit supporting families facing Biliary Atresia. That experience reshaped how I see the world and my mission in life. All the time spent at the hospital, helped me value the true meaning of home: it’s stability, connection, and a safe haven that we can retrieve into.

Real estate became the perfect place to blend everything I love: people, storytelling, and service. Today, I help Atlanta families — especially women navigating transitions — find homes that aren’t just transactions but meaningful spaces where life unfolds.

Recently, I expanded internationally. Alongside my work in Atlanta, I have now joined a brokerage in Mexico, helping clients purchase vacation homes and investment properties in locations like Cancún and Los Cabos. Many of my clients are looking for secondary homes they can enjoy now and retire in later — and I love helping them create wealth and legacy through global real estate.

At its core, my story is about reinvention, resilience, and connection. I’m excited to share it, because I believe real estate should feel human, inspiring, and rooted in purpose.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all and honestly, I don’t think it’s supposed to be. My path has had its share of detours, but those challenges are exactly what shaped the way I serve today, and I love that.

One of the hardest chapters came when my daughter was diagnosed with a rare liver disease as a baby. Navigating hospital stays, the rare disease world, and eventually becoming her living donor required every ounce of strength I had. At the same time, I had to put my own life and career on pause to focus on my family and hold onto whatever sense of stability I could. That experience taught me resilience, patience, and a profound empathy for other families because we truly never know the battles people are fighting behind the scenes. And trust me, some families carry unimaginable weight that no one ever sees.

After stepping away for a while, I eventually had to reinvent myself, shift careers, and trust that I could turn my story into something meaningful. I naturally transitioned into real estate, first as an investor and then as a realtor. Like many first-generation professionals, I started from zero: building a business without a safety net, learning the industry from the ground up, and pushing through moments of fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt.

But every struggle brought a skill: empathy, grit, confidence, and the ability to guide clients through emotional and financial transitions with clarity and calm. Today, that’s why I’m able to support families navigating big decisions, women going through major life changes, and international clients investing abroad. I’ve lived through enough transitions to understand how important a steady hand and a trusted advisor truly are.

So no, it hasn’t been a smooth road. But it has absolutely been a worthwhile one. And those challenges are exactly why I’m able to show up with purpose, compassion, and strength in the work I do today.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a North Atlanta real estate professional specializing in helping families, women in transition, and international clients find homes that align with the next chapter of their lives. With a background in marketing, sales, and international experience, I bring a strategic, elevated approach to buying, selling, and investing.

I’m known for blending market knowledge with genuine connection. My clients appreciate that I make the process clear, advocate fiercely for their interests, and guide them through emotional or complex decisions with confidence and care. I’m also an investor myself, so I focus on long-term value and smart strategy, not just short-term excitement.

Alongside my Atlanta work, I also serve clients through a brokerage in Mexico by helping them purchase luxury vacation homes and investment properties in places like Cancún and Los Cabos. Many are building wealth now with the intention of retiring there later, and I love helping them bring that vision to life.

What sets me apart is my balance of strategy and heart. I don’t see real estate as a transaction; I see it as legacy, stability, and the beginning of someone’s next chapter. And I’m proud to help people step into that chapter with clarity and confidence.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Atlanta is its diversity and its energy. This city gives you the chance to experience every season (in weather and in life) and I’ve felt that deeply since moving here in 1996. Atlanta has given me opportunity, community, and the kind of friendships that feel like family. It’s where I grew up, where I went to college, experience life as an adult, and where I get to raise my girls now. It’s a a place that’s meaningful, purposeful, and full of possibility.

And like most Atlantans… yes, I could absolutely live without the traffic. But honestly, there’s very little to dislike about a city this vibrant, beautiful, and full of life. Atlanta has truly been home in every sense of the word. And I am so excited about where the city is going and what amazing opportunities it offers for my real estate clients.
